President Trump addresses the nation along with the Vice President Vance, the Secretary of State Rubio, and the Defense Secretary Hegseth at around 10 PM EST to assess a successful military strike on Iran's nuclear facilities.  He assured the nation that all went as planned, and he and his team would continue to monitor the situation.  President Trump reaffirmed no tolerance for Iran's nuclear ambitions, and now there is an opportunity for peace in the region. He ended his statement with God bless our troops and God bless America. 

On Truth Social, he made a statement:

“We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan,” he posted on Truth Social, his social media website, which has been periodically crashing since.

“All planes are now outside of Iran airspace. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow,” he wrote. “All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE! Thank you for your attention to this matter.” President Donald J.Trump

UPDATE: Since the B-2 Mission was completed, Iran fired 12 missiles at US bases in Qatar, which were defended by our Patriot Defence Systems with no damage to US Assets. Our Polaris Submarine answered with 12 Tomahawk missiles as an act of retaliation, putting Iran on notice that peace is the only action.  The President has encouraged Israel to determine if it should complete the Iranian invasion with the possible outcome of regime change. This will be an Israeli decision without American military commitment.  

BREAKING: President Trump announces that Iran and Israel have agreed to a ceasefire, as of 6/23/2025 at 6:50 EST USA. 

Israel launches military air attack on Iran targeting Air Fields, Missile Defense Installations, and, more importantly, nuclear development sites. 2 destroyed. In doing so, 5 high-ranking officials were killed, many of whom are military leaders or nuclear program scientists.  Israel has pledged to destroy all nuclear capabilities of Iran before it develops a nuclear warhead that it can launch. Israel has placed no time limit on accomplishing their goal. Iran has responded with 4-5 missile launches into Tel-Aviv, with numerous damages and injuries, including 12 deaths. Israel vows to avenge the deaths by turning Taran into Fire. The process of destroying Iran's most important resource, oil, is now the target of Israel. Since the increased missile attacks, Israel has destroyed at least one Iranian refinery.  Missiles from Iran proxies, such as the Houthis of Yemen, may have also engaged in missile attacks on Israel. While many of the top Iranian leaders have been eliminated, the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, remains in tight security seclusion and is ordering military operations.  Bibi Netanyahu conferred with President Trump on the prospect of the assassination of the Ayatollah through military means; however, the President believed this should not be an option. Netanyahu reaffirmed intelligence that confirmed Iran has targeted him and President Trump for assassination. Netanyahu is quoted as saying Israel will clear a path to Tehran.

President Trump has vowed that Iran must never obtain a nuclear weapon, and apparently, Israel is mounting a devastating attack on Iran to ensure that affirmation. So far, Russia, with little advice, and China have stayed out of the conflict. President Trump has asked Iran for UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER from the conflict. Iran vows to fight on. 

6/18/25: President Donald Trump said Iran has reached out to him and suggested a meeting at the White House amid Israel's ongoing strikes. Trump has demanded Iran's unconditional surrender on the nuclear issue."I said it's very late, you know. I said it's very late to be talking," Trump told reporters on Wednesday morning. "I don't know, there's a big difference between now and a week ago, right? Big difference."

Today, June 19, 2025, President Trump made a statement indicating that he would closely monitor the next two weeks to determine if an agreement with Iran is forthcoming.

Homeland Security officers, known as ICE, the Local LAPD, and the National Guard, have been called in to maintain order in LA. They have encountered protesters pummeling police with bottles and cinder block pieces, setting police vehicles on fire, and causing over one million dollars in PD vehicle damage. Rioters have also broken into retailers, stealing products and causing general mayhem not unlike the riots of 2020. Governor Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass have done little at first, if anything, to stop the riots. In the opinion of many Californians, they encouraged the disorder and riots by not acting quickly or condemning the violence. The President has called out 2000 National Guard, and days later, 700 Marines. Finally, Mayor Bass called forward the LA riot officers and called a curfew.  According to local sources, this was provoked by ICE officers transporting 7 criminal detainees at the ICE federal building in LA, for relocation. The Democrats, including Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, and other DC officials, have branded Trump's reaction as anti-Democratic and

Authoritarian. 

Similar events took place in Portland, Texas, and Seattle. Three governors have followed President Trump's orders and called out their own National Guard. Flag Day and 250th Anniversary Celebration for the US Army. On President Trump’s 79th Birthday, in DC parade went without a hitch, and the President was focused on no tolerance for violence. Although many protests took place across the country called No King Day, referring to Trump, local police were able to monitor any potential violent issues.  Some arrests were made, and Federal Agents and guards continue to stand vigilant.

CRISIS COULD SUSPEND HABEAS CORPUS

During the six months, the Trump Administration has been addressing the immigration issue, and a singularly popular issue, the President was elected on, has become a political ping pong game Between Democrats, Federal Judges, The Executive Branch, and Constitutional Scholars. With over 13 million or more immigrants entering the United States in the last four years, Homeland Security and Border Patrol have closed the border and begun a process of deportation that is both dangerous and painstakingly slow, given the challenge. Keep in mind, it was estimated by the border data compiled by DHS that at least 600 thousand of the illegals are found to have a criminal background or may have been released from psychiatric hospitals or prisons. 

Many of the illegals are considered getaways; they have not entered through legal ports of entry, have discarded paperwork, and will in all probability never show for a court hearing. In addition, many illegals are members of gangs like MS13 and Tren de Aragua, who have a history of violence and sex trafficking. President Trump's Administration has taken a position that this immigration is an illegal invasion and security breach to the United States, and his responsibility to defend and protect the country from domestic and foreign threats as deemed by the Constitution.  What does this have to do with a Constitutional crisis? Article 1, Section 9 states that Clause 1, Migration or Importation the Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress before the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person. Clause 2 Habeas Corpus The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it. It implies that a legal right exists that the writ orders a person to be brought before a court so a court can determine if the detention is lawful.  

Since the President's election, he has, by executive order, enacted the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. The Alien Enemies Act, established in 1798, was designed to give the president of the United States more power over foreign nationals on American soil during times of war. In March, Donald Trump invoked the law in an executive order targeting the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, which the White House says is conducting “irregular warfare” against the U.S. The administration subsequently deported more than 200 men originally. To understand the Act better, go to Alien and Sedition Acts (1798) | National Archives. However, since March of ’25, many Federal Circuit Courts have heard cases brought against the Federal Government and Executive Branch, finding the President's decisions unconstitutional or without legal merit. Since then, the Supreme Court has come down in favor of the President with some oversight on procedure and details. There have been over 200 district court injunctions against the President, many overturned, but still creating a near Crisis between lower courts and the Executive Branch. Other cases unrelated to immigration have also been challenged, making this a contentious issue.  

In short, Lincoln's suspension of habeas corpus came as follows during the Civil War. April 27, 1861, President Abraham Lincoln instructed General Winfield Scott to suspend habeas corpus as necessary to keep vital transport and supply lines clear in Maryland. This action kicks off a legal dispute with the Supreme Court. One month later, on May 25, 1861, John Merryman, a state legislator from Maryland, is arrested for attempting to hinder Union troops from moving from Baltimore to Washington during the Civil War and is held at Fort McHenry by Union military officials. His attorney immediately sought a writ of habeas corpus so that a federal court could examine the charges. However, because President Lincoln had suspended the right, the general in command of Fort McHenry refused to turn Merryman over to the authorities.

Regardless of your perspective on the conflict, it could either escalate into a fight between the Executive Branch and the District Courts, ultimately decided by the Supreme Court, or lead to complete chaos spilling into what some believe is already a constitutional crisis. Trump against an overreaching court. 

TRUMP ANNOUNCES THE REPOENING OF ALCATRAZ

President Trumps election landslide was in part motivated by his commitment to Make America Safe Again or MASA. This included sealing the southern border with Mexico, re-enforcing our security man power and eradicating cartels both in the USA and Mexico. We have heard many of accounts in the last two years of the vicious gangs raping, killing US citizens along with human trafficking and illegal drug distribution killing hundreds of thousands of young Americans. Some of those gangs we have come to know as MS-13 and Tren de Aragua.  

After enforcing ICE to arrest these criminals and remove them from our country, The United States of America and send them back to their country of origin or to the high security prison in El Salvador he quipped about removing heinous criminals that are US citizens and doing the same with their removal. Whether the President was trolling on the criminal US citizens removals from the US or not, he has now suggested his intention to re-open the Famous Prison Alcatraz on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco, California.  Again, President Trump has announced that he will “Rebuild and Open the Prison Known as Alcatraz,” closed in 1963 and assigned to the National Park Service in 1974.  

Commenting on Truth Social, President Trump continued his reasoning. “REBUILD, AND OPEN ALCATRAZ! For to long, America has been plagued by vicious, violent, and repeat Criminal Offenders, the dregs of society, who will never contribute anything other than Misery and suffering” “When we were a more serious nation, in times past, we did not hesitate to lock up dangerous criminals and keep them far away from anyone they could harm. That’s the way it’s supposed to be. No longer will we tolerate these Serial Offenders who spread filth, bloodshed, and mayhem on our streets”.  Trump added that is way today I am directing the  Federal Bureau of Prisons together with The Department of Justice, FBI  and Homeland Security  to reopen and substancially enlarge and rebuild Alcatraz to house Americas most ruthless violent offenders in our country and those who came illeagly, and he reiterated his position on criminals  protected by radical judges.  The re-opening of Alcatraz will serve as symbol of Law and Order in our country.  

The history of The federal prison on Alcatraz Island in the chilly waters of California’s San Francisco Bay housed some of America’s most difficult and dangerous felons during its years of operation from 1934 to 1963. Among those who served time at the maximum-security facility were the notorious gangster Al “Scarface” Capone (1899-1947) and murderer Robert “Birdman of Alcatraz” Stroud (1890-1963). No inmate ever successfully escaped The Rock, as the prison was nicknamed, although more than a dozen known attempts were made over the years. After the prison was shut down due to high operating costs, the island was occupied for almost two years, starting in 1969, by a group of Native-American activists. Today, historic Alcatraz Island, which was also the site of a U.S. military prison from the late 1850s to 1933, is a popular tourist destination.

It may be that once again President Trump has used the concept of : Back to the Future to raise awareness and solve issues important to the American people.

President Donald Trump is resurrecting the travel ban policy from his first term, signing a proclamation Wednesday night preventing people from a dozen countries from entering the United States.

The countries include Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.

In addition to the ban, which takes effect at 12:01 a.m. Monday, there will be heightened restrictions on visitors from Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela.

CARDINAL PREVOST CONFIRMED AS POPE LEO THE 14th 

The 69-year-old Cardinal Robert Prevost, the first American Pope in Papal History, was born in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Named after Pope Leo the 13th of 1878-1903, known for his encyclical "Rerum Novarum meaning "Of New Things."  Pope Leo is the first Augustinian to be elected Pope. The Order known as the Order of Saint Augustine and emphasizing community, friendship, and life guided by teachings. They only rely on the generosity of others to sustain a life known for communal life and devotion to prayer. Leo entered the order in 1977 in St. Louis. He received a diploma in 1982 and priestly ordination in 1982 from St Thomas Aquinas University. He served in Peru till the late 1990s and returned to Chicago to serve as Head of the Augustinian Order Midwest. After appointments, leading back to Peru in 2014 and 2020, Francis brought him back to the Vatican in 2023, where he held a very important position in the Dicastery of Bishops. This position was vetting for Bishops to be newly appointed. He was elevated to Cardinal Decon in 2023  with 21 other new cardinals. He became close to Francis and shared similar views on the LGBT Community, same sex marriage, he held no opinion. Recently, he has tightened up his view against abortion and is now in disagreement on same sex marriages.

In all, he was in favor of immigration of those who seek refuge from oppression. Leo may have criticized President Trump's stance on building walls rather than bridges. Only time will tell if the new Pope will trend toward a progressive view or a more traditional one.  Certainly a stunner since his name was never mentioned in the running. We pray that he finds the wisdom to lead nearly 1.4 billion Catholics into the future. All the best!

A STUNNING VICTORY FOR THE USA AND PRESIDENT TRUMP. INDIA AND PRIME MINSTER MODI EXCEPT TRUMP TARIFF DEAL. 

Modi indicated that this new beginning would establish a stronger economic relationship. Modi asked for level playing field. After a very successful meeting in Feburary Modi has shifted his confidence toward The USA. 

Modi moved on the Trump deal while under pressure by China Represenative to join China as an economic partern in Asia. Modi is confident with Prersident Trump and wants to pursue a policy of MIGA, Make India Great Again, as the usa goes MAGA.  China imposed 125% tariffs on the US after Trump imposed 145% tariffs on China imports for long over due unfair trading practices benefiting China. In short the coopertion between India is huge, As Modi indicated 

"We are committed to a mutual benificial cooperation including trade, technology, defence and energy and people to people exchanges" Said Modi.This move further isolates China who is now in a ecomonic down turn. The hope is for US China cooperation to benifit both. Only time will tell in the short haul Trump is out patience and will stand firm. 

Pope Francis, the 266th pope of the Roman Catholic Church, was buried Saturday at the Basilica of Saint Mary Major after dying one week ago at 88 years old. Pope Francis known as Jorge Bergoglio of Italian Descent and a Citizen of Argentina decided to enter a life dedicated to the church at an early age once inspired by a spiritual experience in a confessional secession. He quickly rose through appointments by the church. Attempting to protect people of his country from political purging during 1976-83 known as the "Dirty War"  most church leaders and investigators dispelled his collaboration with a ruthless dictator who may have executed over 20 thousand citizens. Pope Francis became a Cardinal elevated by Pope John Paul 2 from Archbishop of Buenos Aires. He became Pope in 2013 after Pope Benedict the 16th resigned. Pope Francis was considered feisty and well-liked by fellow Cardinals. He became controversial in both world and church politics and struggles with a more progressive view of the Church. He favored more forgiving approach to Gay Catholics and those married outside the church. He was a champion of Immigration asylum throughout the world. He also took a pro- active stance on Climate Change and mans as he said turning our planet our home into a mess. He acted to change and enforce stronger laws on sexual abuse of church members by Priests with penlties and removal. However many felt he was not harsh enough. Of those Catholics who chose other life styles  outside the church, Fransis summed up his thoughts by saying "Who am I to judge" leaving it to a higher power we assume God. He was certainly a controversial person and Pope, setting the stage for a more enclusive church. You may or may not have agreed with Fransis. The true head of the church is Christ the Pope a mere mortal acting as a vessel for 1.2  billion Catholic's. His legacy will only be known in time. President Trump said of him: "I met him twice and he loved the world"  May Pope Fransis rest in peace and find his place in the kingdom of God.

This is one step closer to exsamining the Autistic epedemic in the USA where 1 in 33 young people who suffer from these conditions as opposed to 1970 when it was 1 in 10 thousand. Please research more on this growing concern and the great work our new administartion is doing for health. Among a long resume of both activism and leadership rolls Harmeet Dhillion as a lawyer in California, Dhillon has sued the University of California, Berkeley for its speech policies, represented  the undercover journalist operation Project Veritas and the former Fox host Tucker Carlson, and filed lawsuits over pandemic restrictions. She served as a legal adviser to Trump in 2020 and ran to replace Ronna McDaniel as chair of the Republican National Committee in 2023, seeking to make the party organization more Trump-friendly. Dhillion is quoted as saying.“Democrats are conspiring to commit the biggest election interference fraud in world history, right before our eyes, as government officials avert their eyes to the mockery of the constitution and our laws,” she said in late 2023 of efforts to keep Trump off the ballot. “This is a low point in American history. MEN IN BLACK FACE SCRUTINY!

It’s about due process according to James E. Boasberg Chief District Judge  DC. The American Civil Liberty Union filed the lawsuit against the Trump Administration for violating the rights and deportation of illegals who are considered gang members.  A few have not been identified but clearly point to being a part of or associated with these crime gangs. However, this would fall under the right to a fair trial and due process, under the 6th Amendment, according to Judge Boasberg. On March 15th the President Donald J Trump signed an executive order designating Tren de Aragua the Venezuelan a dark and vicious gang a criminal and terrorist group. These fighting age men and woman have a criminal record in most cases  committed the most heinous crimes from rape, child abuse, child trafficking, drug trafficking killing children, young adults and adults. They have killed people and dismembering them is part of their cover up and ritual. These are the worse of the worse. According to record they were deported by plane to El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center. Through the surveillance and apprehension by ICE The Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department Homeland Security and the Boarder Czar Tom Homan these criminals were detained and then removed from the United States under the laws of Constitution. The President has the right to protect the United States from Domestic and Foreign enemies once identfied as threat  and verfied by our security agencies please read Article 2 Section 1. The president also invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 a safe guard against espionage and sabotage once a foreign group or persons is identified as a terrorist group and could or has done criminal harm to the United States of America. This Act has been invoked in the following events War of 1812, WW1 AND 2. Best known for the detention of thousands of Japanese citizens by the Roosevelt Administration during WW2. Regardless of its history President Trump has designated the migration of illegals as an invasion and I have sited violation of section 8U.S.C.-1325 part of title 8 this code clearly outlines criminal offences related to improper entry of aliens, including entering at improper times or places, eluding inspection, making false statements, and engaging in marriage or commercial enterprise fraud to evade immigration laws. I have constantly sited this since 2021 as the key law broken to allow not only illegal passage but also illegal passage of known and unknown criminals into the United States of America. Judge Boasberg no ally of President Trump has tried to use his Judicial leverage to stop the President from deporting the most hideous criminals that would make your skin crawl. Once again, the District Judges have used their black sheets to pretend, they can have authority over the Executive Branch. The people elected President Trump to remove illegals from our country and especially those who would seek to harm our people, children and the Republic. A system of checks must be adapted by the congress to stop these rouge Judges from arbitrary power. In most cases they are partison, with  judicial overreach placing the safety of our country at risk. A congressional  panel must be assembled to create suggestions and rules to limit Federal District Judges from potential abuse of power and conflict with the Constitutional amendments and the higher branches of government. In this case the Presidency of the United States. A hearing is suggested so Judge Boasberg as a Federal Employee can come before the American people and explain his postions. This is just and healthy for the American People and the Judiciary. I would also note Article 3 Section 1 clearly giving full juducial power to the Supreme Court not lower court judges.  Please read Article 3 Section 1. Joint Session Speech. Democrat meltdown!

Nolimitusa has covered and reviewed many political and non-political events this one was worthy of attention. It was President Trump's important 3/4/2025 Joint Session Speech and his triumphant return to Washington. Again, Trump did a masterful job listing a line item of accomplishments in the first few weeks after his decisive win on Nov. 5th, 2024. The list is well-known and too long to line item. Here are a few that he spoke on to the Congress in Washington DC. Sealing the border, removing illegal criminals, and a plan to destroy the cartels killing our citizens. President Trump spoke of lifting regulatory policies on natural and energy resources opening up endless access to products, jobs, and a booming economy. He touched on RFK Jr.’s mission to make America healthy, by improving our food, and environment, and curtailing unnecessary drug use. The President spoke of DOGE and the great work Elon Musk has done to uncover waste and abuse of taxpayers' dollars. These are wasted on endless programs in all government departments, better used to help our citizens and pay down the 37 trillion debts. Trump spoke of his order to stop men in women's sports and to stop the unnecessary sex change operations and hormone drugs imposed on children and young adults often without the consent of their parents. Trump also believes he is near a treaty or agreement for the Ukraine-Russia war ending three years of bloodshed destruction and Billions of taxpayers’ dollars better spent in the US. He touted his withdrawal from the Paris Peace Accord and The WHO with America being financially compromised. He capped the session with guests like the family of Linkin Riely and Jocelyn Nungaray both brutally murdered by illegal gang members. This was highlighted by DJ a thirteen-year-old young man who fought brain cancer for six years, with his dream to be a police officer. He was awarded by the President to serve as a Secret Service Officer perhaps honorary but a dream come true. With all this, the Democrats failed to take hold of the positive energy and unify as Americans. Instead, the Democrats show complete contempt for the President and their Republican Colleagues. They held small stick signs posting the letters LIES and grumbled discontent with the President as he attempted to speak. Then to cap off the insults directed by the Congressman from Texas 9th District Al Green one might think a colorful character but rather a grotesque outspoken agitator rose to disrupt the President's speech with loud critical and demeaning commentary while waving his cane at the President. He was then escorted out of the House Chamber by order of the speaker Mike Johnson for not maintaining the House Decorum. This along with a disrespectful attitude and negative energy permeated the Chamber by The Democrats during President Trump's Speech to the House and Nation will soon come back to haunt the Democrats in the coming election and weigh heavily on their current future.

Marxism In America: Changing the Meanings of Words, By Joe Kuhns

Anyone who has read the book “1984” by George Orwell is familiar with the concept of manipulating vocabulary for political purposes. In that classic story, in a communist-style dystopia, the ruling “Party” created a government department called the “Ministry of Truth” to control and manipulate language among the people to further the aims of the totalitarian state. If the people could be made to accept the Party's vocabulary and the meaning of words as dictated by the Party, then the Party's control of society would be set in stone.

What we see going on in our society right now is not entirely dissimilar. We see an effort by the radical political Left to do essentially the same thing on many fronts.

It is the manipulation of vocabulary and the meaning of words to change people's perceptions of reality. The idea is to subtly change the meaning of words in common usage to suit the agenda of the Left. The Left knows that if they can force, cajole, intimidate, or shame people into adopting the vocabulary of the Left, together with the meanings of those words as decided by the Left, then the Left has won the battle.

My first experience with this phenomenon was during the 25 years I spent as a Special Agent of the FBI in New York City. On one occasion, I participated in a large arrest operation in which a few of the people being arrested were illegal aliens. Following the arrests, while I was in the federal courthouse where the arrested were being processed, a woman identifying herself as a lawyer came up to me and asked me what was being done with the “undocumented workers” that were arrested. Immediately realizing whom she meant by this description, I answered that all “illegal aliens” arrested were being shipped to a certain INS holding facility.

Our conversation continued for a few minutes during which she continued to say “undocumented workers” and I continued to say “illegal aliens”. I also noted that she seemed to become more and more agitated by my refusal to adopt her vocabulary. It occurred to me that as far as people like her were concerned, if they could get people to adopt their terminology for illegal aliens, then political attitudes on the subject would change in their favor.

And even today, the Left will never refer to such people as “illegal aliens”,  but only as “undocumented migrants”. I have even heard the term “undocumented citizens” used.

As another example, the use of verbal manipulation is particularly evident regarding the issue of abortion. It seems the newest tack being taken by the pro-abortion advocates of the Left is to claim that prior to a baby's birth, it does not qualify as a human being. An unborn baby is not really a baby, but only a fetus. So it is something less than a full human being, and will not become one until the moment of birth. Thus, killing the baby is not murder.

 This reasoning is transparently fallacious. It is an established scientific fact that the unborn baby, or fetus, is a living being from the moment of conception. It doesn't suddenly come alive at the moment of birth. And its genetic makeup from conception is that of a human being, thus making it, in fact, a human being.  So what is being done here is using the manipulation of language to justify the logically and morally unjustifiable. But just calling it by a different name changes nothing.

This effort to dehumanize the unborn baby in order to justify killing it is the same as the process used in Nazi Germany to justify the Holocaust. We all know about the Holocaust, but what is unknown to most people is how the Nazis prepared the ground work for it before it even began. In the German language, the word for human beings or people is Menschen. Most Germans would have agreed that to kill innocent Menschen is murder. So the Nazis used a linguistic sleight of hand to dehumanize Jews in the minds of their people. Nazi state propaganda worked to establish the idea that Jews were not Menschen. Instead, they were Untermenschen, or subhumans. So killing them would not be murder. In other words, by changing vocabulary and getting Germans to accept it, they made it easier to justify killing Jews.

Another example is when abortion is termed “healthcare”. Healthcare for whom? In any abortion, the direct recipient of the procedure is the baby, but he or she is killed. So it is hardly healthcare for the baby.

Healthcare for the mother? When  we speak of healthcare for a person, we are usually talking about a procedure to deal with some sort of illness, injury, or physical defect, or threat to the patient's life or health. But pregnancy is not an illness, injury, or physical defect. Nor is it, except in rare cases, a threat to a mother's life. And in those rare cases, modern medicine is usually capable of alleviating the danger without harming the baby.

Something similar is taking place in the promoting what I would consider to be the greatest insanity of the moment, transgenderism. Specifically, I am talking about the drive on the part of the Left to introduce children into this cult. Adults on the other hand, for better or worse, have the legal right to do as they like with their bodies and their future.

For anyone interested in exploring this with the assistance of a real expert, I would recommend the writings of Dr. Steven Levine. He is a clinical psychiatrist and a Professor of Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University Medical School. He was the co-founder in 1974 of one of the first gender identity clinics, at that university. Thus, he has 51 years of experience in the field.(1)

 Dr. Levine is resolutely against either socially or medically transitioning children. Among the important points in his writings on the subject, which are supported by many other experts, are the following:

 1. Children do not have the ability to give informed consent to a procedure that can fundamentally alter their future. They do not have the maturity to fully understand or anticipate what this process will mean for their lives.       

 2. Children who report feelings of gender dysphoria typically also have a number of psychiatric comorbidities, that is, other psychological illnesses which are distinct from gender dysphoria itself. It is absolutely essential that psychiatric practitioners deal with these other problems. Furthermore, if children are not socially or medically transitioned but are supported by ongoing psychiatric care, in a vast majority of cases, the dysphoria will eventually resolve itself, and the child will settle comfortably in his biological gender.

 3. Cases of gender dysphoria are medically very complex and require many sessions with a highly competent psychiatrist. Parental involvement is essential at all stages. But what typically happens is that a child goes to a gender clinic and, after one or two meetings with a therapist, is placed on the treadmill to transition. He is prescribed (depending on age) puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones.

 4. After hormones, the next step is surgery, “bottom surgery” for both sexes and double mastectomy for girls. Depending on how extensive the surgery is, it can leave both boys and girls sexually neutered. Many of these children who go the surgery route will go on to  “detransition” and regret ever consenting to this, but the damage to their bodies cannot be undone. (A case which has gone public is that of a heroic young lady named Chloe Cole from California, who had a double mastectomy at the age of 15, and bitterly regretted it . She went public to warn about this, even testifying before Congress.)

 5. There is no evidence that denying children transition will lead to suicide, often the go-to justification for parents to transition their children. Much to the contrary, a study undertaken in Sweden of those people who had transitioned surgically found that their suicide rate was 19.1 times higher than that of the general Swedish population.

I think most rational people would agree in view of the preceding that the transitioning of minors is a gross injustice and should be considered as a violation of medical ethics and a crime against children.

Who in our society is driving this transgender agenda? It is as a rule the political far Left. Conservatives are against it. The Biden Administration, beholden to the Left, went all out in favor of it. And once again, we see the Left using clever rhetoric to support their position.

Their term for this crime against children is “Gender Affirming Care”. They are not affirming the actual gender based upon objective scientific and physical reality, but rather the subjective gender based upon the child's feelings, which of course are subject to change at any time and as the child grows older. And as mentioned above, if the child is not subject to any transitioning, he or she will probably eventually settle comfortably in his or her biological gender.

 If you look at what happened to Chloe Cole and many others, one must ask how sexual mutilation of a child, which the child is not capable of giving informed consent to, and which will very likely result in lifelong regret, can be called “health care”. Isn't “First Do No Harm” a fundamental principle of medical practice?

Finally, one particularly interesting example of the Left's manipulation of language to suit a political purpose is the effort to change the meaning of the word “racism”.  The dictionary defines the word racism as  “prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community or institution against a person or a people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized”.

But this does not serve the purposes of the Left. The thinking of the Left comes from the Marxist paradigm, which bases all social analysis on the division of human society into the “Oppressors' and the “Oppressed”. And all persons are assigned to one group or the other. And what distinguishes the two groups is power. The  Oppressors have power, and the Oppressed do not.

So our modern Woke Left has redefined “racism” in line with these ideas. In their minds, the concept of racism is merged with the concept of power as per the Marxist paradigm. The term “racist” can thus only be applied to white people. Since white people as a group are the ones allegedly with all the power, only they can be and are racist, but non-white people cannot be racist since they allegedly have no power.

In the above, I have related only a few examples of the efforts of the radical Left to shift popular attitudes by manipulating vocabulary and the meaning of words. There are many others. I believe it is incumbent on those people, particularly in the public sphere, who realize what is happening, to spread the awareness of it among the general public as much as possible. The mainstream media will never do so, and neither will our institutions of higher education.

NO CLEAR SOLUTION, THE US FOOTPRINT IN THE IRAN-ISRAELI WAR

An understanding of the history of modern-day Iran provides a clearer picture of Iran's defiance and hostility toward the West. However, the policies became extreme and are no longer acceptable in today’s world.  

The threat of the Iranian Republic's influence has been growing since the downfall of the Shah in 1979, a regime that lasted from 1941. Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was deposed due to a combination of issues, including allegations of widespread discontent with autocratic rule, as well as corruption and Western influence in the Middle East. Iran is culturally different from European and US traditions, and faced geo-strategic ambitions from the West, and was then fueled by a growing Islamic revival movement. Ultimately, it culminated in mass strikes and protests that forced the Shah from Iran. Aside from the religious resurgence, political freedoms were suppressed, and a brutal, notorious secret police, the Savak, used torture to keep any opposition from tempting defiance in the face of the Shah's government. Economically, vast amounts of oil production and profits were seen as never reaching the Iranian people. Poor economic planning by the choices of the Shah’s government led to high inflation and shortages. However, the Shah was a close ally of the United States. He was admired by many Iranians for giving land parcels to farmers and those who hoped to cultivate the soil. It was the Carter Administration that banned the Shah from the US while seeking Cancer treatment from which he ultimately succumbed. Henry Kissinger, the former Secretary of State, rushed to the Shah's defense and spoke on his behalf as a great ally to the US, and he should be treated for his illness in the US. This move to admit the Shah was seen by Ayatollah Khomeini as an act of aggression, which may have had some influence on the taking of the hostages. 

The history of Western and foreign influence to control Iran is rooted in the Second World War. The Anglo-Soviet invasion of Iran occurred in August 1941. It was a joint invasion by the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union, whose primary objective was securing Iranian oil fields and establishing Allied supply lines for the Soviets battling Axis forces of Germany, Japan, and Italy on the Eastern Front. The invasion was in response to German influence in Iran at the start of World War II. Iran remained under British and Soviet rule till 1946 and defended the Shah’s ruling of Iran as a benefit to all three. From that point on, Shah Pahlavi ruled with an iron fist and secured his future by alliances with the West and Europe.  Fast forward to 1979 and the Iran-US Hostage crisis. The outpouring of contempt for the Shah and the West had reached a peak with the occupation of the US Embassy and a failed desert rescue mission by the Carter Administration. Iran had started their campaign of anger and rejection of the US, and Israel considered the little Satan, who continued to show success in regional, religious, cultural, and economic development, and more importantly, military superiority since 1949. This failure of President Carter to secure the US hostages, along with a tanking economy in the US, would lead to Carter losing his second term, and the election of Ronald Reagan as the 40th President, considered a strong leader, not to be intimidated, and willing to take decisive action to protect the interests of America.  

Once it was official, Reagan had won the election, the hostages were released. In another chapter of Iran, in 1980, Iraq was under the brutal dictatorship of Saddam Hussein and the Ba’ath Party, and attacked Iran, intending to annex the oil-rich region of Khuzestan and gain control of the Shatt al-Arab waterway. Saddam contended that the Iranian Revolution was a threat to his regime and his power over the region. However, a growing alliance between the US and Iraq would suggest that Saddam was acting not only on Iraq's behalf but in an alliance with the West to control the region for strategic and fossil fuel interests. It was also payback to Iran by the West in helping Saddam. Of course, this would backfire later, leading to 15 years of conflict and war between Iraq and the USA. However, during this time, Iran continued to focus on oil production and military might while keeping their religion as the leadership of the government. 

As time went on, they became more radicalized against the West and the largest exporter of terror in the region, swearing to destroy Israel and the US to protect the Region. They entered into developing a Nuclear Program, considered a refinement of highly enriched uranium and plutonium for what many intelligence agencies believe is for nuclear weapons, for use against Israel and the US. 

We now leap to this moment in time with tensions high in the Middle East, and Iran and Israel locked in a War, with Israel's intention to destroy Iran's nuclear program. This conflict has one more actor, the United States of America, whose newly elected President Trump vows that Iran must never have a nuclear weapon. What are the stakes of the US assisting Israel with the necessary arsenal to destroy Iran’s weapons of mass destruction? We will now examine the choices and risks that President Trump may face.   

First, messaging conveyed from the White House and  Republican Neo-con leadership, " No Nukes," and all the media groups who have been chest-mounding, impending US involvement. My suggestion is less posturing, more review. There is nothing tricky about the decisions that may or may not be chosen going forward; it's simply a multiple-choice question. 

1. Do we assist Israel in bombing the underground nuclear facility in Fordow, built to withstand military strikes. This may be accomplished by dropping 200-foot penetration MOP bombs, 30,000 LBs, with a steel exterior. Once directed with impact, these bombs carry a devastating explosive device that penetrates well into the sub-surface of the terrain. It is not guaranteed to perform its expected result, but certainly a tested weapon. Multiple MOPS, possibly 3-4 at each target, would have a significant impact on taking out the facilities. It could also render the facility inoperative and destroy access, allowing Israel to fly sorties to stymie any attempt by the Iranians to access the facility. We would then return the military operations to Israel, going forward. The US would have assisted an ally rather than direct intervention. The intervention may need Congressional approval unless the President can show a direct or indirect link to the national security of US interests. Then the operation may be conducted secretly. If the choice is made for air strikes, then it must be a direct, successful hit, and an evacuation of all US military air forces associated with the operation thereafter.  

2. Israel has vast capabilities in mobilizing both commando and military operations, with the best intel, most probably in the world. A massive attack and seizure of the Fordow Facility would have to include Air Force power, with ground-level detonators and access to the underground entry system from the surface. If you can enter the facility from the exterior, then any armed forces can do so as well. This would be an Israeli operation with covert US support if necessary. While this operation is conducted, Israel will continue and increase its offensive on key targets in Iran, including the removal of any high-ranking officials, putting the country at greater risk of an internal Iranian overthrow or civil war. Increased discontent among the population with the current government may be part of the equation for change.

3. Pursue a policy of non-intervention and negotiation, including Israel and the United Nations, to encourage and enforce a policy on Iran to give up its Nuclear Military Program. The history of such negotiations in the past has not come to much fruition and has been used as a stalling process by Iran to continue its weapon manufacturing and international terror operations. The IAEA, the International Atomic Energy Agency, has established that Iran has not been cooperative in disclosing data and access to the nuclear enrichment program, and 60% enrichment far exceeds production for residential use.

In conclusion, my assessment is simply too much posturing by American Military Analysis: “Iran must not have a Nuclear Weapon.” This requires a definitive solution by the President and the US policy regarding this position. If indeed the goal is to deny Iran from developing a weapon and delivery system of nuclear weapons, then a plan must be implemented to do so without any expression of plans or intentions. I believe we have no choice, given the grave political conditions in the Middle East and the threat of Iran to both Israel and the United States. However, all that said, this is Israel's war, not ours. I would opt for plan 2, an Israeli operation supported by the US military intelligence and peripheral support, where required. However, if Iran has any military operations compromising the security of US interests or forces in or outside the region, then all bets are off. America must act without hesitation to protect and defend, and destroy the aggressor. 

The main point is to stop posturing, no matter what position you take, put up, shut up, or take action. Indecisiveness in any competition is a prelude to failure. Do your homework and rehearse your protocol, take action, do your best, and expect all results.

Populism Beyond Trump

Right now, we’re in the Age of MAGA, with a healthy side of MAHA. Trump, Musk, Kennedy, Vance, and Gabbard, among many others, are running rampant through the bureaucracies, deporting every illegal they can find, and dragging the corrupt judges and bureaucrats out where the country can see them. While this is a hearty meal for the country, and one that should play out very positively in the long run, there is still a question to be asked. How do we keep this going? If you look at Europe, for example, you see populism rising in England, with Nigel Farage, but being crushed in France and Germany is using whatever tactics the ruling elites deem necessary. Countries like Brazil are following suit, with the judiciary there using tactics everyone in the US would recognize.

In this article, let’s explore the future of American populism and think a bit about what we can do to keep its spirit going against the forces arrayed against it. Populism has been rising in this country for decades, but will Trump be its peak? Or can we keep it going for decades to come? If the people are asleep, inactive, or complacent, then who’s running the country? The 4 years under President Biden, who was impaired even during his presidential campaign, may be the best answer to that question. If the President isn’t running the government, the bureaucrats do. A president is the elected representative of the people and is the only reason why the executive branch is a legitimate branch of government. So when the President is not capable of representing the people, the executive branch does whatever gets its employees power, status, and money. This is excellent, if you’re a bureaucrat or one of the upper middle and upper class, but for the 2/3rds of Americans who aren’t part of that group, it’s terrible. They run the government and society to suit themselves.

Right now, things are going well for MAGA. Trump is in office, he’s got majorities in the House and Senate, he’s got the Supreme Court, but is it going smoothly? No. The other side is fighting like mad. They’re suing in every court possible, and the Supreme Court is mostly passive. Their paid rally-goers are kicking up a fuss everywhere they can, demonstrating and yelling. They’re even trying to destroy Tesla, which used to be the “I’m saving the planet” left-wing car of choice! The progressives are trying everything they can to slow Trump down, because if they can get the house back in the mid-term, Impeachments number 3 through infinity are on the table. If they can get enough seats to impeach, they can sabotage the MAGA agenda badly. Unfortunately, MAGA has 2 weaknesses: the midterm elections and the statist wing of the Republican party.

Midterm elections are a weakness of every sitting president. They’re the times when the other side usually makes gains in the House and Senate. In this case, however, the Democrats have shown they’re not willing to just take a traditional obstructionist role. In Trump’s last term, they showed that they are willing to weaponize everything, including impeachment, to slow MAGA down. Furthermore, midterm elections have lower turnout, which favors Democrats. This may seem strange, as lower turnout has, throughout the last few decades, favored Republicans, but there is a sea change in the electorate. Donald Trump and the MAGA brand won the White House, Senate, and House, with a high turnout election. Pollsters like Rich Barisi have been chronicling the populist surge since before 2016.

The second weakness is the Republican Party, which is, as with other parties throughout history, is composed of several different factions. Currently, MAGA is in ascendance, as the populist wing of the party is what the people are voting for. The problem is the holdovers from older versions of the party who haven’t realized what the preference of the people is. These are the Senators who are trying to resist Trump’s agenda. This is not helped by an institutional election machinery that still thinks that voters want traditional Bush-era conservatism, and isn’t agile enough to take advantage of the new reality and the new voters Trump brings with him. This is one reason why most Republican candidates, save the most MAGA, run around 5% behind Trump. Candidates who have paid attention to the Public Polling Project will know that minorities and the young are swinging towards MAGA. They have different priorities than older conservatives, however, and it’s more difficult to reach them. They do respond to memes and more populist energy. Examples of MAGA tactics include Brandon Herrera, a populist gunsmith from Texas who ran in the last election to primary a more traditional conservative who wasn’t particularly populistii, as witnessed by his appearance on CNN, where he called his more populist colleagues scumbags. iii Herrera made it to a runoff election, and barely lost, but only because the incumbent spent over 10 times his normal budget to secure victory.

So, what can MAGA do to increase its win chance, and thus the overall win chance for Republicans? MAGA politicians work best when supported by voters. Therefore, the voters need to make it clear, loudly and unequivocally, what they want. Granted, there was an election. Granted, there was a Republican sweep. But now the institutions that need reform decline to be reformed. The judiciary is fighting back, and the DOJ and FBI are not reversing course the way they should. NGOs backed by considerable money are sponsoring and coordinating violent protests/riots, as California has made clear. So voters need to become more vocal. New Jersey and other blue states are in play. MAGA voters need to be out registering younger voters and encouraging them to vote. Statistically, these are far more likely to be MAGA voters once they come out to vote. Furthermore, getting out the vote is even more critical, as this is likely to reach what has been called the “shy Trump voter.” Furthermore, Republicans need to conduct a ground game, reaching people by meme, by business card, by sign, by flag waving, and by house-to-house visits, to make sure that every Republican understands and feels connected to their local voters.

Furthermore, the voters need to keep up pressure on the politicians. Jack Citarelli is now the Republican Nominee for Governor NJ, having won the primary. He has Trump’s endorsement, and needs to be supported as such. However, one cannot simply get any politician into office and then let him do

what he wishes. It’s too easy, especially when surrounded by bureaucrats and politicians, for a politician to lose track of the voters. So, how to do this? Get involved. Get active, get grassroots. If a politician relies on the people, as opposed to big interest groups, to get elected, then this politician is beholden to the people. And if they know that a failure to keep their promises causes their grassroots organizers to leave them, they will be more true to their voters. So go wave flags for your candidate, hand out business cards, place signs, register voters, and knock on doors of Republicans to help get out the vote. The more, the merrier!

The Politicization of the Judiciary

If anything is clear to reasonable people, not suffering from Trump (TDS) Derangement Syndrome, President Trump has his hands full. Having been cheated out of victory in the 2020 election, forced to fight scurrilous criminal charges that could have potentially put him in jail for the rest of his life, and successfully having waged a campaign for a second term, President Trump has risen from the ashes as a sort of super-hero figure. Now he gets to wage the big battle-saving a country that has been in decline on every level, culturally, economically, and politically.

On January 20th, he came out of the gate running, at a supersonic speed, to push his agenda of reversing the damage that four years of the Biden Administration had suffered on the American people and our governmental system itself. 

After the anti-American left caught their breath, they realized all the progress President Trump was making in the first 30 days in office and went into a panic. In reaction and alarm, they reflexively reverted to the tactics they had used in the past and employed that branch of government, the judiciary, to curtail his moving forward with his agenda as promised to the American people. Top of the list was the restoration of border security and the deportation of illegal aliens.

The left’s reaction, and use of the courts, was understandable, if not predictable, since they have used the courts to effect the changes they wanted when legislation was difficult to enact when trying to meet their goals and agenda. One example was the Chevron Deference doctrine in which the federal courts were required to defer to federal agencies' interpretations of ambiguous or unclear statutes instead of the courts imposing their own interpretation. This doctrine may have benefited the Democrats; however, it is ironic that it occurred during the Reagan era, when the Environmental Protection Agency was looking to loosen up environmental restrictions. So while both parties manipulate court rulings to their own advantage, giving this latitude to the bureaucracy is seen as one of the reasons for the growth of the administrative state and big government-usually something opposed by Republicans.

The left has often demonstrated that it is only interested in the law as a “means to an end” without respecting the process itself. It is merely a tool to achieve what they see as worthy goals.

In short order, they went on to diminish the rule of law by misusing the court system for partisan purposes-to stop the American First, and Pro-Constitution goals. They probably were concerned that all the misuse of power through the politicization of government agencies, targeted (persecutions?) prosecutions of political rivals, and the attempt to derail the leading presidential candidate from running for president, would result in a backlash where the hunters will now become the hunted. In short, they are desperate to slow up the progress of the Trump Administration with the mid-terms not too far away. 

Since they have little respect for the process itself, they skillfully use the judiciary to achieve their goals and policies when legislation or constitutional amendments are not a viable option.

Many of the nationwide injunctions imposed on the Trump administration in his new term were brought in district courts where they would have a better chance of obtaining the desired outcome because the judges were likely to be favorable to Democrat viewpoint.

The deportation case brought by the ACLU to the District Court in the District of Columbia where Judge James Boasberg is the Chief Judge is a case in point. It’s also the reason the Supreme Court ruled that the due process fell under the writ of Habeas Corpus that requires the case to have been presented in a District Court in Texas, where the detainees were being held.

The basis for the deportation according to the administration was the Alien (AEA) Enemies Act invoked only 3 times in our history. Though doubts have been raised about citing this law to justify the deportation, it seems to fall under the executive’s discretion and subject to legal challenges and judicial review

According to a group called, “Human Rights Watch,” looking to repeal this Act, it admits the following: “The act, however, requires no individualized determinations prior to detaining or removing an 'alien enemy,” let alone any guarantee of due process. To date, US courts have maintained that the only legal right to challenge the legality of detention or removal under the act lies in habeas corpus proceedings brought after the fact of a person’s detention….”

Thus, “Human Rights Watch” is actively seeking to have AEA repealed. So what role is the District Court playing?  Is it to obstruct or delay the deportations? Are the opponents of the deportations banking on the cultural phenomenon that conservative judges like Roberts and Barrett live in the beltway and are subject to being sympathetic to these dangerous, criminal-illegal aliens? If this proves to be a factor, basically, we are dealing with judges subject to “wokeness” and not the rule of law. Our institutions may have already been compromised by the successful “march through the institutions,” like schools, the law profession, journalism, etc.

While legitimate questions exist whether a law from 1798 and can be applied in the case of the deportation of criminal-illegals who were members of Tren de Aragua from Venezuela, the larger issue involves the Separation of Powers under Article II and Article III of the Constitution. 

It was only recently that the use of Federal Court injunctions became more prevalent at the District Court level. Some experts claim this trend began forty years ago but accelerated during Trump’s first term. To give you some idea about the frequency of the use of these nationwide injunctions, there were 12 during the 8 years Obama was in office, 64 during Trump’s first term and 14 under Biden. As of May 16, it is estimated, that there have already been over 40 nationwide injunctions imposed to restrain the administration.

OVERALL VIEW OF THE USE OF THE DISTRICT COURT SYSTEM AND SOME UPDATES

Depending on the viewpoint, some see these conflicts as an outgrowth of the strong differences and polarization between the two major parties, while others a desperate attempt by the Democrats to stop Trump’s agenda from moving forward as promised during his campaign. The clear electoral victory, as exemplified by his having won all seven swing states, makes this obstructive behavior by the judiciary over the executive branch so much more onerous. There is no question that there has been an overreach on the part of the inferior court system under the powers of article 3 of the constitution. SCOTUS must step up and review the threat the judiciary is presenting to the authority of the executive branch. Many conservative government watchdog groups have been calling for the courts intervention in the matter.

It could be a dangerous trend in our judicial system when partisan judges can subvert the authority of another branch of the Federal government to impose their own will. It is no overstatement that this can be characterized as a Constitutional crisis especially when taken to the extreme.

The concept of the so called “loyal opposition” is undermined when polarization is so extreme that one party rejects any & all policies of the opposition. The use of Democrat appointees to the District Court system to cancel President Trump’s actions is a dangerous trend that threatens to immobilize required action to defend and protect the country.

The role of the inferior court system is mainly to resolve disputes between a plaintiff and a defendant in civil and criminal cases. The Democrats have been utilizing the courts to step in to block the actions of President Trump by seeking injunctive relief much more than the Republicans have in the past against the administrations of Democrats; there are several things to note about the shortcomings of this system.

1. The use of court shopping by filing a case to challenge a law through a venue that would give a better chance for a win.

2. The incongruity between inferior (District/Appellate) courts and the Supreme Court, with one judge deciding the case that impacts the entire nation, while the Supreme Court, the superior court, requires nine justices whose ruling is based on a majority vote.

3. Although uncommon, multiple District Courts can issue contradictory injunctions.

4. Diminishes the legislative process in some cases by allowing “legislating from the bench.”

5. Can destroy the credibility of the court by demonstrating a bias passed on political leanings.

The legislature is charged with defining the scope and structure of the inferior court system under the constitution. There has been legislation floating around Congress to rein in the power of the District and Appellate courts to prevent one local court from undermining the authority of the executive with nationwide injunctions. The executive branch will be severely impacted if one of the 94 District (inferior) courts can stop executive action, especially in times of an emergency. 

Instead of being equal branches of government, this will make the Executive branch subordinate to the Federal Court system and at its political whim. By the way, this is happening elsewhere in the world, such as Israel and Brazil. Can’t say if there is any direct connection, but the effect is to usurp the legislative and executive branches of government, reducing the sovereignty of the people.

Restricting the President’s ability to utilize the AEA has been seen by many as restricting his ability to conduct foreign policy, and provide national security-one of the foremost obligations of the Executive.

It has been stated by John Adams: “Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” The willingness to “Game” the system to get to the desired outcome, with total disregard to the means employed destroys faith in our system and how the founders envisioned it should work. This can and has been characterized as “legislating from the bench” and is a real threat to the balance of the three co-equal branches of government.

There is hope that legislation proposed in the House and the intervention on the part of the Supreme Court while rein in the courts and limit their scope. The “No Rogue Rulings Act of 2025,” which passed the House in April 2025, would restrict district court orders to applying only to the parties in the case and those they directly represent. This is a step in the right direction but a full review of the judiciary is sorely needed. Going to the beginnings of our country, Thomas Jefferson expressed strong concerns about the federal judiciary, particularly the Supreme Court, viewing it as a potential threat to states' rights and republican principles. He believed the judiciary could undermine the Constitution by expanding its own power and consolidating power into a centralized government. 

How prophetic was that?

Trump’s Directive to Defund Planned Parenthood Is Long Overdue

President Trump has, without a doubt, shown himself to be the most pro-life President in American history. From being the first sitting president to attend the March for Life to being the president responsible for the overturning of the horrendous Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade, Trump now is finally planning to defund Planned Parenthood.

Planned Parenthood, the U.S.’s largest abortion provider, will, according to the Wall Street Journal, lose tens of millions of dollars. The funding will be cut off as the administration “examines their DEI efforts.”

Planned Parenthood, according to its 2022-2023 annual report, collected almost $700 million from “Government Health Services Reimbursements & Grants.” The group also continues to increase its number of abortions performed, having reported a 20% increase in abortions committed by its facilities over the last decade.

As if the wickedness of its murder mills weren’t enough, Planned Parenthood, a group founded on the despicable idea of eugenics, also provides hormone treatment for gender transitions (what they call “gender affirming care”). It was reported that a Planned Parenthood facility in New Jersey started transitioning a teen with mental health issues after only a half-hour consultation, and the parents were not told. 

Since the group’s funding is fungible, as it continues to get into these heinous, antihuman “procedures,” its more legitimate medical services have decreased. Government funding undoubtedly helps these houses of horror pop up throughout the nation, regardless of the propaganda it puts out.

It should go without saying that taxpayer money should never be used this way. It is immoral and evil, and support for it should never be imposed on anyone. One Tweet That Obliterated a CBS News Host's Rant at Wake Forest, Matt Vespa.

However, the fact that anyone on the Republican side hasn’t jumped on defunding this group until now is unfathomable. Even for just political reasons, Planned Parenthood should entirely be cut off, since, aside from the wickedness of its promotion of abortion, the group is a major fundraiser for Democrats.

This is just more proof that Trump changed the GOP for the better. It is now a party of the working American, the everyday American, the patriotic American. Gone are the days where the party would be happiest and most comfortable to be controlled opposition in exchange for hits on Fox. 

Trump is delivering on his promises to conservatives and Americans at large, and the defunding of the Satanic group, which thrives on murder and upending lives, is an excellent move indeed.

TRUMP A FASCIST AND NAZI- REALLY?

The radical Left has made such a habit of calling Donald Trump a Fascist and a Nazi that I suspect most people are just tuning it out by now. Actually, I think the whole thing is amusing and informative at the same time. It indicates that the people saying these things are seriously lacking in historical knowledge and do not know what they are talking about.

If you are going to accuse someone of being a Fascist or a Nazi, at least make the effort to find out something about these terms and what they mean historically. So let us examine what the terms mean and then see if they apply to Trump, and if not to him, then to whom?

Fascism refers to a type of government structure that began in Italy before World War II. The founder of the first modern fascist state was Benito Mussolini, who was a socialist. A good place to start might be with a definition of Fascism, and who better to ask than Mussolini himself? When asked to define Fascism, he replied, “Everything within the State, nothing outside of the State, and nothing against the State”. So the state is supreme and controls everything. (1)

Let us examine three areas in which Fascism allowed the party in power to cement its hold on the country.

First, in the economic sphere, although private enterprise was allowed to exist, the State was supreme and ultimately everything was under its control. How does a government that wants to control the economy do so? It regulates everything to the hilt. Through bureaucratic regulation, there is centralized control of the economy. This is never efficient, but efficiency is not the point. Control is.

Second, a very important aspect of Fascism is the control of public media and thus the expression of opinions. Anything opposed to the official ideology is suppressed. The State wants only its own version of the truth to be told, with no tolerance for any opposition to the state's version.

And third, in Fascism, education is tightly controlled by the ruling party, and children are forced feed the ideology of that party. Children are considered to belong to the state, not parents or families.

Now let us look at America today, in light of these three aspects of Fascism. Let us determine who resembles Fascism, Trump or perhaps the Democrats.

Trump wants to set the economy free, by abolishing as many regulations as he can. He does not allow new regulations unless they are absolutely necessary. He wants to lower taxes, including business taxes, to allow businesses to prosper and thrive. The Democrats, by contrast, load regulations on everything in the economic sphere. They do this not only at the federal level, but also at the state level. A prime example is California, where state regulations on business (especially environmental regulations) drag down the whole state's economy and are motivating large numbers of people to leave the state. For the Democrats, there is no such thing as too much government regulation of business.

Regarding free speech, as the highly respected constitutional scholar and Professor of Law, Jonathan Turley stated, the Biden Administration was the worst we have ever seen when it comes to free speech. In an article written on August 12, 2024, he stated the following:

“For over three years, the Biden-Harris administration has sustained an unrelenting attack on the freedom of speech, from supporting a massive censorship system (described by a federal court as an “Orwellian Ministry of Truth“) to funding blacklisting operations targeting groups and individuals with opposing views.”

“President Biden made censorship a central part of his legacy, even accusing social media companies of 'killing people' for failing to increase levels of censorship. Democrats in Congress pushed that agenda by demanding censorship on subjects ranging from climate change to gender identity —even to banking policy— in the name of combating 'disinformation'.” 

“The administration also created offices like the Disinformation Governance Board before it was shut down after public outcry. But it quickly shifted this censorship work to other offices and groups.” (2)

By contrast, can anyone recall any incidents of Trump or Conservatives actually suppressing anyone's free speech? I cannot. Trump has the often annoying habit of launching a verbal blast against anyone who criticizes him or publicly disagrees with his policies. This may be annoying, but this is not censorship. He has never tried to suppress anyone's free speech rights.

Regarding education, the record of Democrat-run blue states in the field of education is very revealing. For example, in the state of New Jersey, a major political issue is that of “parental rights”. Why? Because the state government in this and other states, firmly under Democrat control, insists on teaching children ideologies which are rejected by the large majority of parents. This includes pushing the LGBT agenda, including the insanity of transgenderism, as well as critical race theory.

In many places and in many forms, parents and others are pushing back on these ideas being taught to children. Democrats, with the full support of teachers' unions, a main source of donations to the Democratic Party, are fighting to keep these objectionable things in place.

Trump and the Republicans are fighting to eliminate this problem, primarily through school choice. This allows parents to select a school where their own moral and social values are respected and not undermined by left-wing teachers and unions, which so often dominate public schools.

Looking at these three things, it should be crystal clear that Trump and the Republicans are not the “Fascists” party. No, this term describes the Democrats instead.

As for the claim that Trump is a “Nazi”, this is really laughable. While the Nazi regime was Fascist, in that it included all of the qualities of Fascism listed above, its most salient characteristic was a genocidal anti-Semitism. Well, Trump has a Jewish son-in-law, who has been of great assistance to him for years. Trump, unlike the Democrats, is the foremost supporter of Israel.

Anti-Semitism in America has always been seen as a far-right-wing phenomenon. Now, however, our latest surge of anti-Semitism is coming from the far Left. And while most garden variety Democrats may not be far leftists, it is apparent to anyone with a brain that the Left is presently the dominant and controlling element within the Democratic Party.

Trump is the major opponent of this new wave of anti-Semitism. He is doing battle with some of our elite universities in his efforts to root out their policies that permit the targeting of Jewish students on campuses. Is this really what a “Nazi” would do?

Throughout all of his roughly two-month long administration, President Trump has done everything he can to show himself to be the best friend the Jewish people have ever had in the White House.

From day one, we’ve seen a virtual 180 from the previous administration, from the respect given to the Israeli hostages and their families at Trump’s inaugural parade, to the executive order on anti semitism, and the reversal of sanctions on Jews living in Judea and Samaria seemingly put on them for the crime of being Jews. We have also seen Israel being given the green light to essentially do whatever it needs to utterly defeat its enemies who want nothing more than to have a second Holocaust.

But Trump’s promise to deport pro-Hamas rioters on student visas and/or green cards is a wonderful idea that is thankfully now being carried out, much to the chagrin of the left and the Democrat Party.

Mahmoud Khalil, a pro-Hamas activist involved in the antisemitic student protests at Columbia University and Barnard College, was arrested by ICE approximately two weeks ago with the goal being potential deportation back to his home country of Syria. Khalil, despite being a former Columbia student, still lived in university-owned housing due to a school policy allowing former students to stay in their housing for months after their studies conclude.

One would think any foreigner with the privilege of being allowed to stay in the U.S. for any reason would have to do their best to be on good behavior, much less to not support a terrorist group, and that such a person should be deported immediately. But of course, the Jew-hating and America-hating left, with support from plenty of Democrats, proved once again that there really is no bottom for them.

The obvious cases, such as the notoriously antisemitic “squad,” of course supported Khalil. But the most obvious example that likely surprised a lot of people is from the Senate Judiciary Democrats, who put out a statement on X demanding Khalil be released. One would think a body run by Chuck Schumer, who claims the mantle of “Shomer Yisrael” (Hebrew for “guardian of Israel”), would be prevented from taking a position like that, but, in a choice between morality and immorality, good and evil, or leftism and any other value set, the Democrat Party always has a default choice made. Then again, he has enough time to rail against Prime Minister Netanyahu for defending his country from Hitlerian disciples.

Luckily, the leftist Democrat seeming opposition to fighting antisemitism hasn’t stopped the president from helping to make American college campuses into safe places for Jews again.

The Trump administration has also been beginning to defund universities for failing to fight antisemitism.

Because of “inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students,” the administration canceled grants and contracts totaling $400 million to Columbia University earlier this month.

“These cancelations represent the first round of action and additional cancelations are expected to follow,” the Department of Education stated at the time. Millions more in grants have been slashed since then.

Approximately 60 colleges have been warned by the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights as well that they are under investigation for refusing to counter “antisemitic discrimination and harassment,” and that they could face enforcement actions if they do not step up their efforts to fulfill their obligations under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act to protect their Jewish students.

As well, a special Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism was established early on in the Trump administration. “Anti-Semitism in any environment is repugnant to this Nation’s ideals. The Department takes seriously our responsibility to eradicate this hatred wherever it is found. The Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism is the first step in giving life to President Trump’s renewed commitment to ending anti-Semitism in our schools,” said Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Leo Terrell, who is now heading the Task Force.

And the Task Force has worked hard in its mission to root out the noxious, evil ideology from U.S. college campuses. Columbia was a target for funding cuts in response to its failures to fight antisemitism because in school was, “in my opinion, the worst of the worst when it comes to allowing this type of conduct to take place and to continue,” Terrell told Fox News Digital. “President Trump has made it a commitment to the Jewish Americans, and to all Americans, we’re going to eliminate antisemitism,” Terrell told Fox News host Mark Levin earlier this month. “It’s rampant, Mark. It is horrendous. Under President Trump’s leadership, and [Attorney General] Pam Bondi’s leadership, we are working on this 24/7. We have marching orders to eradicate this.”

“The Biden/Garland administration did absolutely nothing. They did nothing to address antisemitism, and it’s rampant across the country,” Terrell continued. “So what are we doing? We are working on this, the entire federal government…we are suing every one of these universities guilty of antisemitism under Title VI…we’re going to bankrupt these universities.”

The Task Force also filed an investigation on Title VII, which involves the employer-employee relationship, due to employees in the University of California system being harassed because of antisemitism.

It’s truly a wonderful feeling that we can walk around with our kippot, be visibly Jewish, and support Israel openly, and know that we have a true friend in the White House in President Trump who has our backs. And we should use this realization as a turning point to make sure the Jewish world makes a true JEXIT once and for all from the Democrat Party.

This past weekend, I had the privilege of attending my first CPAC. It was just as great as I had expected it to be—wonderful speakers, great events, enlightening forums, and overall a ton of fun.

But the greatest part of it was the strong feeling of happiness in the hotel where CPAC was taking place. Everyone from all walks of life was there for the same reason, to promote conservatism, Americanism, and Western Civilization. As such, many people who did not know each other before instantly became friends, solely because they were allies in the common goal of preserving these values we all know and love. It inevitably led to a great time had by all and seemingly contagious happiness in the air.

Nowhere during CPAC did I notice this though more than when I saw a random infiltrator standing near where President Trump gave his speech, wearing a t-shirt laden with expletives that said “f*** Trump and f*** you for voting for him.” You could almost feel the misery in the person’s existence, in stark contrast to the happy warrior in a MAGA hat asking him to get a selfie. CPAC, like any conservative event, really was the happiest place to be.

It is worth exploring why conservatives, as a group, tend to be much happier than leftists, which inevitably leads to happy conservative events, while left-wing events tend to end in riots. Studies suggest as well that leftists tend to be more unhappy and have more psychological issues. There are too many examples to name of this phenomenon, from the everyday Trump Derangement Syndrome, and now Elon Derangement Syndrome, to the common riot whenever someone “misgenders” or says something a leftist disagrees with.  In contrast, when conservatives protested former President Barack Obama during the Tea Party era, they famously cleaned up any garbage in the areas where they rallied. As well, a Trump rally, or any conservative event, is a place where everyone feels warm and like family.

There are many reasons that conservatives are happier than leftists, aside from the fact that leftism is an ungrateful, discriminatory, racist ideology that lauds perpetuating communism, violence, bodily mutilation, and victimhood, while conservatism promotes Americanism, family values, belief in a higher power and general meaning in life. To quote Dr. Jordan Peterson, life is, by nature, hard and about suffering. We have to do our best in life to, despite our life circumstances, make the most of our time on earth. 

A core principle of conservatism is freedom and liberty, which underscores that, while we don’t choose our life circumstances, we choose our reactions to them and how we shape our lives. A person’s inherent, natural rights from God make him or her the master of his or her own life and give that person inherent worth. In contrast, leftism is an ideology that values victimhood, as we see from the worldview of critical theory, where everything is seen as “oppressor vs. oppressed.” Hence, any problem is not my fault but was put on me by someone else. Trump won because of Russian collusion. America is racist. Corporations are greedy. Tax the rich. DEI and affirmative action are sacred. The list continues in perpetuity.

The leftist believes that he or she needs a savior from these conjured problems hoisted on the world and that the savior is almost always the state. It truly is a miserable mindset to live with.

You can choose to be the decider of your destiny or blame every problem on any fill-in-the-blank-phobia or whatever-ism. You can either have sovereignty over your own life or give it over to someone else while complaining all the way. It’s easy to figure out which of these choices leads to a happier existence.

THE NEW WOKE AGENDA ARE NOT THE LIBERAL POLICIES OF THE PAST, ITS ABOUT HOLDING ONTO POWER AND ILLUSION.

There is so much history and so little time. How did we get to this place, or were we always there? As a Teen growing up in the '60s, the political conflict was hotwired by the media and an administrative centralized state in DC focused on the haves and have-nots in every day American society. Race, The Peace Movement, the Vietnam War, and Poverty were the Marquee issues. It was about being in wars or winning wars. The Liberal Peace Movement was made up of Students and Activists like Abby Hoffman, Stokely Carmichael, and Coretta Scott King among others. A political leader who became the peace candidate of the time Eugene McCarthy was elected to The US Senate from Minnesota in 1958 and ran for President in opposition to President Johnson’s Vietnam policies in 1968. Robert Kennedy entered the race in March of 1968 again in opposing Democrat President Johnson's policies including Vietnam. Unfortunately, and sadly, he was gunned down after a resounding win in the California Democrat primary. This left Vice President Hubert Humphrey and McCarthy to fight it out. Humphrey would ultimately win the Democratic Nomination, amid riots in Chicago by peace advocates opposing the war, as the Democratic Organization's choice. Ultimately, he would lose to Richard Nixon who promised an end to the war and withdrawal from Vietnam with honor. 

The war had dragged on for nine years and approaching 60,000 deaths at its end. With a glimmer of hope to end the conflict for the United States, It was advised that in 1963 President John Kennedy had planned for a complete withdrawal of troops from South Vietnam once securing the election in 1964.  Kennedy authorized National Security Action 263 which began the process of withdrawal this weeks before his assassination in Dallas on the 22nd of November 1963. Once Lyndon Johnson succeeded to the Presidency the war had a sudden reversal of policy The US dispatched over 500 thousand troops to the conflict over the next few years that followed.  I wonder why? So, what of the party of peace and human rights both in the mainstream and liberal wing of the Democrats? Did it ever exist or did it simply morph into a different and more extreme version of itself to hold and keep power and authority over its minions? 

Very simply my fellow Americans they lost their way. Or did they ever have a compass at all? There are many faults I find in the FDR administration, starting with expansion of the Federal Government to an extrem level, attempting to stack the Supreme Court to 15 members and negotiating away Eastern Europe to the Butcher of Russia Stalin at the end of WW2. Despite this,  FDR launched the New Deal creating desperately needed jobs in the US, and turning back Adolf Hitler's world conquest, he started up the Good Neighbor Policy lowering trade barriers between Latin America, and The Wagner Act to allow most labor workers to join unions to negotiate for wages and contracts, The Social Security Act a permanent national old-age pension system, and the Works Progress Administration creating millions of new jobs so workers would keep their self-respect after years of The Depression. He also had a hand in empowering the United Nations as a means to find peace among world countries following the end of World War Two. Whether you agree with UN's function today or not, the FDR policies and intention may have been to serve the betterment of mankind and avoid further wars where possible. 

Truman followed by dropping the atomic bomb ending World War 2 upgrading social security and minimum wage, he implemented the Truman Doctrine and Marshall Plan to stop Soviet Expansion. Ironic since we gave away Eastern Europe to the Russians a few years earlier. Not a good move by a maybe sleepy FDR at the Yalta Conference in 1945. Truman, the simple man from Missouri’s more famous quote “Show me a man that gets rich by being a politician, and I’ll show you a crook” Harry S. Truman, Hello!  or "The buck stops here", noting that there is no blame placed on others The President only the President has the last word" Anybody home today in DC, or just the usual suspects. Why not take a chapter out of "Give him hell Harry" by the way a Democrat!

The question is, Does this appear even close to the Woke and Liberal, Democrats of today who just lost the 2024 election by big numbers and have virtually failed in every policy category they support from Climate Change, Transgender socialization in schools, transgender surgical operations, and hormonal sex change therapy, supporting no parental notification rights in schools, Critical Race Theory, Open borders, the rising drug deaths from cartel drug distribution from our southern borders, high inflation and interest rates, lowest manufacturing jobs in 15 years, high energy costs due to regulations, restrictions on fossil fuel extraction including oil and gas which would make us a worldwide provider and  with huge profits to help to pay down our 37 trillion dollar debt., their support for men to compete in women's sports, approving huge spending bills into the trillions that have borne no results,  uncovering huge expenditures taxpayer billions on useless and bazaar programs domestically and foreign, approving of trans-dressing and performing for grade school level known as Drag Queen Hour, finding wars in the world to prolong with price tags of 300 billion dollars and with no peace negotiations by an incompetent Biden  Administration  and threats and attacks from enemies throughout the world, our friends in Israel brutally attacked by terror Hamos groups with wavering support by the US, negotiating with arch Enemies like Iran, emboldening their finances and by doing so increasing their chances of developing of an atomic weapon, and worse providing cover for groups like Antifa and BLM while they burn down American cities. 

This is capped by the misuse of the DOJ and weaponizing it to peruse American citizens, church-going citizens, abortion protesters, and public officials including a former President, nominee for President, and then soon to be elected President. In every case, the Democrat, Liberal, and Woke elite have failed. So, what has become of the Democrat Party ’96-2025? 

The Democrats are a party, a movement, an organization with a hard core leftwing has no substantive issues that protect the American values, but rather offending everyone and attempting to defend ideas and policies better saved for a Hollywood drama or a Twilight Zone episode. Show, me the meat! Why this you ask, the reason is the oldest in human nature, survival, power, and narcissism. Ideas should be debated, but money talks and the Democrats will never walk. Democrats Woke Party is now the elite intelligentsia never having to defend a position they believe is right. Can you remember Nancy Pelosi arrogantly encouraging the Congress to vote approval of the "Affordable Care Act" and then read the bill later? What? They have become the party and the policy of Neverland forever convincing what’s left of their followers that Peter Pan can fly. This, for the goal of power and control, while the hardworking taxpayer does not get a chair at the negotiating table. The time for this hypocrisy is over and a purging of smoke and mirrors has begun. John Adams summed it up by writing If the Republic is to fail it will not be by a foreign power but from within.

WHEN THE PAST IS FORGOTTEN

After spending a career in law enforcement, I embarked on a second career in teaching. I spent twelve years teaching history at a Catholic girls' high school in New Jersey. I taught a course called “Western Civilization”.

Near the end of the course, we reached the unit on the Russian Revolution. As an introduction to the subject of Joseph Stalin, I would ask my students “Who was the greatest mass murderer in history?” Immediately twenty-five voices would answer in unison “Hitler”. I would say “Hitler? Haven't you ever heard of Joseph Stalin?” 

They would answer: “Who was he?” I  explained that he was the dictator of the Soviet Union from 1924 to 1953 and carried out the murder of 20 million of his people. I would then show them an excellent film on Stalin entitled “Stalin, Man of Steel” produced by The History Channel. 

This film covered in depth Stalin's career, including the campaign of mass murder of people he even suspected of opposing Communist power or himself. One interesting aspect was that the film, made after the fall of the Soviet Union, included interviews with four old men who had been part of Stalin's machine of mass murder. And the most interesting thing about them was that they seemed like perfectly ordinary men. 

My students agreed there was nothing unusual about them at all. Had they spoken English instead of Russian, they each could have been anyone's grandfather.

So I posed to my students the following question: “How do you think Stalin got these very ordinary men (and many thousands like them) to participate in mass murder? My students had no idea, so I proposed the following answer. To get ordinary people to participate in this mass murder, all Stalin needed to do was indoctrinate them to accept four simple ideas:

1. There is no God.

2. The purpose of human existence is to create the perfect society (utopia, “the workers' paradise”) in this world in the here and now.

3. The achievement of this paradise on earth is the ultimate determinant of what is morally right or wrong. Anything that contributes to achieving this perfect society is good and moral, while anything that impedes this is morally evil. In other words, to achieve this ideal world, the ends justify the means.

4. Anyone who opposes the great cause of achieving Communism is not only wrong but also evil. He is the “enemy of the people” and has no rights. He can be suppressed and destroyed.

Does this have any relevance to us today? Unfortunately, it does. When you look at the present political landscape of America, you see something very worrying. With the emergence of the extreme Left (often referred to as the “Woke Left”) in this country, one sees the reappearance of the very same four points listed above. Now I am not suggesting that they are about to initiate mass murder like Stalin did. I am just stating that their mindset is disturbingly similar in important respects to those people who did Stalin's will.

Concerning the first point (There is no God), when you listen to the Woke Left and read what they say, they appear to be entirely devoid of any religious sentiment at all. They are very hostile to religion. They are particularly hostile to Christianity and Judaism. There is no place for God in their vision of the world.

What they aspire to is entirely in the here and now. If people adopt the atheist position, they are faced with a question. If you reject the idea of some kind of spiritual realm and spiritual destiny, then why are we here? What is it all for? The Woke Left believes, as do the Communists, that utopia can be constructed here on earth and that is their goal. The Woke Left is always angry. They could be called the “Permanent Outrage Mob”. And they are angry about everything in the world that they consider less than perfect. They always need to have something to protest. They cannot understand why the world cannot be perfect.

Most Americans, influenced by the Judeo-Christian Tradition, accept that Man himself is sinful, and each individual has within himself an inclination towards evil. This idea is not accepted by the Left. Rather, they believe, as did Karl Marx, that all evil is caused by bad social structures. All problems are “systemic”. Thus if you could reform all social structures you could perfect society. 

How do they intend to remold society to remove all imperfection? They will do it using an all-powerful state which can use its power to change all social structures to create “social justice” and “equity”. If we consider the third point listed above, we again see a connection to the rejection of the Judeo-Christian tradition. Recall the line in the novel The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky: “If there is no God, then everything is permitted”. 

For the Woke Left, there seems to be the belief that their ideas are so perfect and righteous that they are justified in doing whatever they need to do to achieve them. In their minds, it is perfectly all right to violate the civil law to bring before the public eye the things they are outraged about. It is all right to block traffic on a busy bridge or roadway, to disobey and even assault the police, and to disrupt the functioning of a university by occupying buildings. It is all right to destroy public monuments to historical figures they consider less than perfect by their standards. 

It is all right to deface and vandalize “crisis pregnancy centers” (facilities that provide services to pregnant women but will not do abortions) or even churches or synagogues. It is okay to harass people who disagree with them, even Supreme Court Justices, by having threatening demonstrations in front of their homes, or getting people they don't agree with silenced on social media or fired from their jobs. The Woke Left's cause is so entirely correct, so admirable, that anything they need to do to further it is justified. The ends justify the means.

The fourth point above, the belief of Stalin's people that anyone who does not support the Communist cause is not just wrong but evil and therefore has no rights, is also very amply reflected in our current situation.

Members of the Woke Left have no tolerance for those who disagree with them. If you disagree with them on any point of their ideology, they consider you to be not just incorrect in your thinking, but a bad person. You will very likely not be able to have a calm, rational debate with them. Instead, they will start screaming at you. They are likely to start calling you names, like fascist, racist, white supremacist, homophobe, transphobe, etc.

If a Conservative tries to give a talk at a college campus, they will often prevent him from speaking, claiming his talk is “offensive”. They do not recognize the right to free speech of those with whom they disagree. Some of them, like Antifa, regard it as justifiable to physically assault and injure people who have a different opinion from theirs. After all, in their view, such people are “fascists” and therefore have no rights.

As a final thought, after I taught the lesson about Stalin, some curious student would always ask the obvious question: “How come we never heard of Stalin?” I would suggest to her that perhaps those with influence over the education system didn't want them to know about him. They wanted students to associate mass murder only with Nazis, and not with Communists. Why? Because many of our educational professionals are sympathetic to Marxism, the history of Stalin and Communist leaders like him is an embarrassment to them.

Joe Biden has issued sweeping pardons for his son Hunter Biden who has been indicted for high crimes on illegal firearms, tax issues, business pay-for-play using the Biden family name for international financial gain, and human trafficking network allegations. Associates of the Biden family business have confirmed these allegations and Hunter was investigated and prosecuted by his father’s Justice Department including a special prosecutor. The outrage across the country with the prospects of pardons for Jack Smith, Jill Biden, other Biden family members, and a collection of other government officials and personal associates may follow the pre-pardon exit of Joe Biden. 

Outrage has cut across the political landscape considering the lawfare that President Trump endured,  along with many conservative  America First activists,  former serving officials who were harassed by the DOJ and later served jail time like Steve Bannon and Dr. Peter Navarro and others who were unfairly targeted like Roger Stone and Paul Manafort and many others including Rod Blagojevich former Governor of Illinois who was caught in a political scheme to fill Obama’s US Senate seat in Illinois. All were thankfully pardoned by President Trump who endured the same treatment of political persecution as President and Candidate Trump.

According to news outlets,  further future investigations could continue into the Biden family's possible shady deals. Although Joe’s pardon of Hunter goes back 10 years which included all allegations of crimes by Hunter that certainly extend into all or most of the Biden family members.  Please refer to “The Laptop From Hell” by Miranda Devine. 

Who defends the pardon of former AG Eric Holder and many others who are part of the deep state and were former and present administration officials.  In Holder’s case worked at the hand of Obama to control the opposition through questionable enforcement of the DOJ.  Holder never served time for contempt by not appearing before Congress once subpoenaed.  Be that as it may, Joe Bidens son would never survive a jail term at the levels the law demands given his  background battling drug addiction and mental issues PTSD. 

Once again, the investigation cost the taxpayers millions of dollars without justice. The average Joe, not Joe Biden would never have a chance. A defendant with similar crimes would be in jail and many point to the many 1/6 defendants rotting in prison for over 3 years in DC for general misdemeanors. So what is their justice and day in court or possible pardon?  A double standard? You decide. Once again we can also pass the blame to Cable Media outlets for once again protecting the political lawbreakers and government gangsters who cry for Democracy but seek to destroy the Republic. 36+ TRILLION DEBT DISASTER         
AMERICANS INPENDING BANKRUPTCY!

It’s hard to wrap your head around the number of 34 Trillion Dollars. Let’s do a little simple math 1000 Million’s 1,000,000's equals 1 Billion 1,000,000,000. 1000 Billion's equal 1 Trillion 1,000,000,000,000. We are in debt 34,000,000,000,000 Trillion Dollars, which equals 34,000 Billions. I’m sure there’s enough petty cash to pay my monthly dry cleaning bill somewhere buried in those Trillions. Maybe not! 

Let’s Move On.  Many Radical Democrats, Rinos, Neocons, Centralized Government Capitalists, and American Marxists will point to President Trump leaving office with 27.8 trillion in debt, 40% higher than the previous Administration. So let’s bring clarity to this distraction before we dissect the Biden/American economic collapse known as Bidenomics a term recently removed by White House Public Relations as no longer popular. As if it ever was!  

The Trump 27.8 Trillion sounds like a huge increase that Trump's detractors point the finger at Trump for fiscal irresponsibility. However, what many do not consider is accumulated debt. Accumulated debt includes prior administration debt like the Obama Administration during the eight years raised debt of nearly 10 trillion with boondoggle after boondoggle like the bridge to nowhere or billions to the Solyndra Solar Panel Company which quickly went belly-up. Aside from a poorly organized and financially mismanaged Affordable Care Act known as the Obama Care snafu that never worked and drove costs through the roof and in most cases bankrupted itself in many states. Much of these accumulated debts and interest to the tune of 500-700 billion in a year were inherited by Trump. In fact, during President Trump’s final ten months, he signed or raised the debt ceiling an additional 4.3 trillion which included Covid-19 and an emergency economic omnibus package totaling 2.3 Trillion. 

Keep in mind also he had a Democratic Congress who had no limit to their spending and appropriations along with awful line items to the tune of 300 billion to unrelated covid expenditures like a conga line of non-profits like The Teachers Union, Countless Arts and Humanity Organizations along with such groups as NPR and other government-funded non-profits and a list of no-name groups that would make you say “Who the hell is That” So my estimates see Trump closer to 24.75 without Covid spending. Trump also rebuilt our military which at one point lacked basic ammunition, he increased Corporate Tax Breaks which resulted in massive expansion and the return of many US companies to the US. This makes for new jobs totaling between 6-7 million. He also increased our Fosil Fuel industry and we became swhile selling much of our product to foreign clients and expanding clean fossil fuel exploration. No wars meant no military operational expenditures. Inflation was down to 1.75% while productivity and manufacturing hit all-time highs. Trump also reduced the deficit by 1 trillion dollars while switching the economy to get back to Made in America forcing our economic and military enemies like China to pay 250 billion in agricultural imports in two stages with another 250 billion coming. Interest rates were low and construction was up. The American Dream was back!

Now fast forward. Let’s stay in the moment. In 2023 we collected 5 trillion in revenues but spent an awful 7 trillion in expenses. Keep in mind that the debt does not include interest on loans to the tune of 1 trillion a year going forward. So the overall debt of 53 trillion is not that unrealistic by 2033. Our economy is depressed, interest rates are through the roof, and credit cards have become once more a source for survival. Inflation is up and the cost to produce goods and services has risen. Unemployment has shown little or no rebound and in most cases a get-back to work after the Covid-19 lockdowns. Many of which were avoidable. Food prices have rocketed between 5-20% and the product chain has fallen short. Transportation costs have increased and fuel has risen from an average of 185-2.00 a gallon to 3.50-5.00 gallon. Oil was purchased at 39.00 a barrel in 2020 to 75.00 a barrel today. 25% of 401K plans have lost their value and falling badly. Most average Americans are working two or even three jobs just to pay the mortgage and put food on the table. We also will be footing a bill of over 400 billion dollars in Immigration aid to over ten million illegals, getaways, and identified immigrants. They don’t tell you about that. Or the 200 Billion dollars to assist a losing Ukraine War while Billions are skimmed off the top by a country that is considered the 4th most corrupt in the world. But let’s get to real facts while the Federal Fraud Reserve continues printing money devaluating our US dollar instead of demanding the Congress and Executive branch to cut discretionary spending and eliminate wasteful line item pork including untested Green New Deal appropriations that have been proved just by scientific and financial analysis have no track record for stable construction, output of sustainable energy and environmental factors that can shut the system down, sees billions and trillions of your tax dollar’s being wasted away. 

These programs are politically motivated while costing Americans hundreds and thousands of jobs. But worse our treasury bonds that are an investment in US expenditures have been selling flat on the international market while not generating new buyers. The inept Treasury Department run by Ancient Janet Yellen who swore in 2022 that our economy was strong with no inflationary threats has had to eat her words with a dose of high interest rates. Every economic indicator shows we are living on borrowed time before an advanced recession hits. Three factors are a must asap an advanced re-assurgency of our Fossil Fuel industry with the re-opening of the northern pile-line, back to America First made in America policy offering tax credits and lower business taxes for corps with the incentive to expand in America and put Americans to work creating more income and more tax revenue. Advance depressed cities through merit government programs to create new businesses and jobs in the community, expand trade agreements that favor US growth, and bring crime down in our major cities to encourage migration back to the city and in doing so a scenario for success. 

I can still see Ross Perot pointing to his charts warning us of impending financial doom, showing we had less in the US back then we are spending. Along with a sucking sound of Made Out of America instead of In America. "We better start making Computer Chips in America instead of Potato Chips" Ross Perot. In the 1992 Run, The Defit was 4 Trillion up 47% from 1974. Ross sounded the alarm.

Or Ron Paul Audit the Fed and return fiscal responsibility to the people, stop printing money, and take another look at Gold. Ron said “Once the debt hits 24 trillion it's almost an unrecoverable issue” I guess we didn’t listen! I did! In 2012 When Ron ran for President the Debt was 16 Trillion. 

Ultimately It’s up to you if you find that your elected representative is not a fiscal hawk then primary them and remove them. They are just part of the uni-party and living in a bubble, not in touch with John Doe. The alternative is a socialistic centralized government transforming you and your community into a serfdom society with the American Dream becoming a fairy tale.

President Trump promised to energize our economy and keep American Manufacturing and Innovation in America. He accomplished the highest GDP in decades, our manufacturing IPG rate rose to new heights, and Made in America returned as a reality, along with the Keystone Pipeline and lifting restrictions on drilling and fracking making our nation energy independent and an energy exporter. He continued to support clean air technology for the Fasel fuel industry. By the reduction of the corporate tax burden economic expansion was increased at an extraordinary rate. 7.5 million new jobs were created that were driven by economic growth, not Biden post-pandemic jobs mostly part-time and return to work. Trump lifted burdensome restrictions on businesses. Inflation remained at 2% while fuel gas prices were 1.85 per gallon. Entrepreneurship was on the rise. An increase in small businesses known as Mom-and-Pop's flourished. Trump believed that all ethnic groups deserved success and assisted Black Entrepreneurship with The Platinum Plan for responsible Black Startup businesses. totaling 500 billion in capital funds with prospects of 3 million new jobs. In addition to Black America's economic plan. He proposed Crimmel justice reform on long-term sentences for early release rather than lengthy prison terms imposed in the 90s and supported by then-Senator Joe Biden. He reduced crime and mass shootings, supported local police with increased funding, and signed an order for no tolerance for antisemite crimes on college campuses.  

The President built 517 miles of wall on the Southern border while preparing for 200 million dollars of technology including night sensor detection reaching far into the Mexican landscape. Biden never installed the equipment and allowed the materials to decay in the desert. Trump stopped catch and release which sent countless illegals back. He established title 42, no entry without health verification. Trump enforced the Stay in Mexico Policy which includes Canada. This law already establishes a policy for immigrants required to stay in the final country of their last destination and then apply for a temporary visa. Biden allowed Title 1325 to be violated. It requires verified identification including 6 check proof of oppression for asylum in the US.  Drug smuggling, sex trafficking, child abuse and rape, and gang entry were at historic lows. 

During the Trump Administration, there were no wars, and our worst enemies were held in check with the Reagan/Trump philosophy of peace through strength. Trump moved the US embassy to Jerusalem and Created the Abraham Accords adopted by many historic enemies of Israel but entered into peace agreements. Iran was sanctioned and bankrupt cut off from the Obama Iran Deal which stopped the financing of Iran's investment in a nuclear weapon. He also destroyed ISIS in 6 weeks and eliminated Al Baghdadi and Soleimani both, terrorist leaders who killed many American soldiers. He did not lose one US serviceman in Afghanistan and kept the ruthless Taliban in check. He condemned a disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan killing 13 brave servicemen and women and leaving 86 billion tax-paid dollars of US armaments for our enemies and the black market potentially killing other humans in the region, the world, and America.

NJ  LEGISLATORS FOLLOW WOKE TRANSGENDER AGENDA WITHOUT PARENT'S APPROVAL, FINDS BACKLASH AMONG RESIDENTS.

New Jersey legislators are attempting to push through two bills that will lower the age of consent for mental health and possibly medical and surgical procedures on minor children. When: this Thursday, February 22nd, 2024, at 1 PM  Where: New Jersey State House Annex, 127 W. State Street, Trenton, New Jersey. Committee: State Senate Health, Human Services, and Senior Citizens. Sen. Joseph Vitale (D)  S1970 "Permits minors 13 years of age and older to consent to behavioral health care services."  Sen. Raj Mukherji (D) S1188 lowers the age at which minors can consent to behavioral health care treatment from age 16 to age 14. The New Jersey legislature wants to insert itself between parents and their children. This is Communism 101. 

Here are the details with links to the legislation.

S1970 Sen. Joseph Vitale (D) District 19 (Middlesex) is currently the sole sponsor of "Permits minors 13 years of age and older to consent to behavioral healthcare services."  Sen. Vitale is the chair of the committee.

Statement: "This bill amends current law to lower the age requirement for a minor to consent to behavioral health care services for the treatment of mental illness or emotional disorders. Under current law, the minimum age to consent to behavioral health care services for treatment of mental illness or emotional disorders is 16 years of age. A minor under 16 years of age is required to obtain the consent of the minor’s parent or guardian to receive these services.

This bill lowers the age requirement for minors to consent to behavioral health care services to 13 years of age, and provides that the minor’s consent to treatment under the supervision of a physician, an advanced practice nurse, and certain other licensed providers will be valid and binding in the same manner as if the patient had attained the age of majority."

S1970 does not require parental consent or knowledge. "The consent of no other person or persons, including but not limited to, a spouse, parent, custodian, or guardian, shall be necessary to authorize a minor to receive such hospital services, facility, or clinical care or services, medical or surgical care or services, or counseling services from a physician licensed to practice medicine, an individual licensed or certified to provide treatment for an alcohol use disorder, advanced practice nurse, or an individual licensed to provide professional counseling under Title 45 of the Revised Statutes, as appropriate except that behavioral healthcare services for the treatment of mental illness or emotional disorders shall be limited to temporary outpatient services only."

 S1188 Sen Raj Mukherji (D) District 32 (Hudson) is currently the sole sponsor of "Lowers the age at which minors can consent to behavioral health care treatment from age 16 to age 14." This legislation has a companion version in the New Jersey Assembly A2874 sponsored by Assemblyman Anthony Verrilli (D), District 15 (Mercer and Hunterdon) cosponsored by Herb Conaway (D), District 7 (Burlington).

"Under current law, a minor, 16 years of age or older, who believes that he or she needs behavioral health care services can consent to temporary outpatient treatment under the supervision of a licensed health care professional, excluding the use or administration of medication, as if the minor had achieved the age of majority.  This bill lowers the age at which a minor can consent to such treatment from 16 years of age or older to 14 years of age or older.

Suicide is the third leading cause of death among New Jersey teens.  Between 2016 and 2018, the number of suicide deaths among persons ages 10 and 24 in New Jersey was 291.

 During the early stages of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, adolescents accounted for a higher proportion of suicides in the United States than in the years before the pandemic and the subsequent lockdown.  Five states, including New Jersey, had an increase in the absolute count of adolescent suicides during the pandemic.  These states also had an increase in the proportion of overall suicides among adolescents.

Twenty-four states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico have enacted laws allowing minors to consent to some type of behavioral or mental health treatment, and ten states allow minors between the ages of 12 and 15 to consent to such treatment.

The sponsor intends to address the issue of, and facilitate efforts to prevent, teen suicide by lowering the age at which a minor, who believes that he or she needs behavioral health treatment services, can consent to such services."

S1188 uses the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse to allow a minor to seek mental health interventions without parental consent or knowledge.

The age of majority in New Jersey is 18. Even under current law, it is unthinkable that knowing a minor's brain is not fully formed, particularly in the area of the frontal cortex where risk aversion and reasoning are still developing, they can consent to mental health care interventions. The current laws are irresponsible. The proposed legislation only makes it worse! 

S1970 and S1188 in a vulnerable time in a teenager's life will keep secrets from parents. Parents must be informed about issues regarding their child.  The government education system, A.K.A. known as public education, to which parents pay very high taxes, becomes a compelled actor to potentially encourage a minor child to consent to unspecified behavioral and other healthcare matters (which can include medical and surgical services) without any parental knowledge or consent! Both pieces of legislation effectively put a wall between the child and the parent.

Dear Sirs and The Team at WABC, 

First I would like to congratulate your Team on the great revival of WABC at a time when this iconic station had almost lost its standing. Many of my associates and in my inner circle rely on your great team of broadcasters from Sid in the Morning, Curtis at Noon, Greg Kelly, Americas Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Mark Levin, Rita Cosby, and the great line-up of weekend greats JD Jeanine Pirro, Dick Morris, Cindy Adams and course one of my favorites Roger Stone. These journalists / Broadcasters give, for the most part, a fair and credible program, both factual and honest. Thanks for all the good work you do. 

However, now I come to Anthony Weiner, who is the spokesperson for the liberal narrative countering most of your Conservative Programming. It is useful to have divergent opinions or two points of view and appeal to listeners who might be less than conservative. This is well-intended, however, my issue with Anthony Weiner is his lack of facts and then defense of disinformation narratives. I will cite one of many that stood out on 12/23/2023, and many of my associates had the same reactions. The Colorado Supreme Court's recent decision to exclude President Trump from the Presidential Primary Ballot, Election, and possibly the General Election due to accusations that he participated in an insurrection or encouraged one on January 6, 2021, is false. It was clear Mr. Weiner was politically motivated, never a supporter of Trump and had poorly researched the topic. He should know better. Let me outline the factual details, not Mr. Weiner’s interpretation. 

              * Amendment 14 Section 3. 

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, EVEN IF YOU SELL THE INSURRECTION TO YOURSELF WITH NO BASIS THAT IS LISTED IN SECTION 3, GIVEN THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH BEING EXCLUDED FROM OTHER GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS JUST LOOK ARE SECTION 5. Section 5

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.  ONLY CONGRESS.  

THE ISSUE IS MOOT!

First, the interpretation the President is an office holder listed in Section 3 in the sequence above would be considered wrong if observed incorrectly, the sequence follows the categories of Senator, Congress, or elector then office/civil/military/state legislature/executive or judicial officer of any state. This does not include any suggestion that the President or Vice President falls into this sequence or category. The only remedy is impeachment with a conviction for participating, planning, and supporting an insurrection against the government once charged. President Trump was rendered as an acquittal of all such charges by the Senate in 2021. The only remedy was conclusive, not guilty. 

1. The indictment of President Trump by the special Council Jack Smith did not include charges in the indictment of insurrection or for that matter incitement since the matter had been concluded in the Senate 2021 without a conviction. It is also fair to say that no suggestion of insurrection supported by President Trump fell within any suggestion of inciting a riot, insurrection, or planned or purposeful overthrow of the US Government. The Quote which has been repeated numerous times “We will now peacefully and patriotically walk down to the Capital and make our voices heard” Some’s up the First Amendment a first Amendment Right both for the President and as citizens including all participants on January 6th, 2021 but also does not exonerate any damages to property or person by individual participants in the protest at the Capital. The question of charges filed against protesters or rally attendees is a discussion for another day. President Trump did not incite an insurrection and no indictment has charged him of this allegation. 

2. The Colorado Supreme Court reviewed the decision of District Court Judge Shara Wallace, who presided over a bench trial last month, and she concluded that Trump “ she believed engaged in an insurrection” which was a personal observation by Wallace with no bearing on the law regarding The President on January 6, 2021. However, she also ruled that the 14th Amendment’s  Section 3 and disqualification clause applied to Trump because the provision doesn’t mention the President in its reference to Section 3. The Defense: “If it was so important that the president be included, I come back to the question, why not spell it out” Justice Carlos Samour asked a lawyer for the challengers “Why not include president and vice president? …They spelled out senator or representative.” Argued with the right Decision. 

3. Also a biased Colorado Supreme Court, all Democrat appointments, choose to make a decision based on the opinion of both Judge Wallace and The 1/6 Unofficial Committee or as we say the Un-Select committee, both concluded opinions without a  legal remedy in the US Constitution and no evidence,  exclusion of evidence, and as Judge Wallace decided Section 3 does not apply to the President. But the Get Trump Supreme Court of Colorado created a narrative that is not judicial but political making thier voter exclusion decision. A sad day for Colorado and America.   

4. Last, to know Civil War history, the 3rd Section of the 14th Amendment was established for the sole purpose of stopping or mitigating uprisings and real insurrections by Confederate Patriots who would not conform to the ending of the war and the Union of the country once the Civil War had officially ended. There were violent uprisings that were either contained or had to be repressed by Union Troops. The Union was also concerned about Southern representatives serving in the Congress or Senate and whether they would support an insurrection. Section 3 was applied only, to that period of our history.  Section 3 may need revision in the future to reflect on leaders of government who directly plot or support a riot or insurrection with arms, combatants, and planned access to a venue for overthrowing the government. I doubt a President would go that far. 

A final comment, as a historical reference. The idea that a Judicial Branch could make such an outlandish decision based on a 1/6 committee bias non-binding report shows how history repeats itself. To defend Richard Nixon the 37th President as it refers to Watergate Incident. It was also the Prosecution who was obsessed with removing Nixon for political reasons and sent a report that was factually questionable and had no binding legal impact on President Nixon. Nixon had Immunity as President. Instead, the Prosecution and Special Council listed the President as an un-indictable co-conspirator in the Plumbers Break-in case at The Watergate Hotel and sent an illegitimate report known as The Roadmap to then Democrat Congressman Peter Rodino Chairman of House Judiciary Committee to establish grounds for impeachment. So President Nixon was blindsided by unsubstantiated allegations. GET TRUMP GET NIXON not much difference 50 years later.

On December 14th in the year 2023 the US House of Representatives by a vote of 221 to 212 approved the formal resolution of an Impeachment Inquiry into an investigation of the possible wrongdoing of Joseph Biden 46th President of the United States as Vice President for covering up before and during the 2020 election evidence showing that he was a key figure in an influence-peddling scheme while lying to the American people by denying his involvement. Once the impeachment investigation is complete the Judiciary Committee will vote on drawing up Articles of Impeachment based on evidence of wrongdoing by the President. A debate will commence on the House floor and conclude with a majority vote to approve the impeachment. The articles will then be sent to the US Senate for an Impeachment Trial. Should the President be found guilty by a 2/3 majority he will be removed from office and the Vice President will be sworn in as President filling the term of the convicted president till the next election cycle. 

The Constitution gives Congress the authority to impeach and remove the President, Vice President, and all federal “civil officers” for treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. This tool was inherited from English practice, in which Parliament impeached and convicted ministers and favorites of the Crown in a struggle for to rein in the Crown's power. Congress's power of impeachment is an important check on the executive and judicial branches, recognized by the Framers as a crucial tool for holding government officers accountable for violations of the law and abuses of power. Congress has most notably employed the impeachment tool against the President and federal judges, but all federal civil officers are subject to removal by impeachment. The practice of impeachment makes clear, however, that Members of Congress are not civil officers subject to impeachment and removal. 

How can we determine if Joseph Robinette Biden's 46th President violated his oath and in the case of his impeachment could he be charged with Obstruction of Justice, Abuse of Power, Influence Pedaling, and Bribery? Let’s start with Tony Bobulinski (Veteran Navel Office) a business partner of the Biden Family Business. On Tucker Carlson just weeks before the 2020 election. Bobulinski was emphatic that all is not most of the business transactions were influenced by the Joe Biden name and influence. The interview pointed to VP Joe Biden who participated in a plot to make millions of dollars with his identity, as the “Big Guy”. This is verified by three phones and emails of a conversation that includes Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Jim Biden. It was referred to as “China Business Deal”. Biden and his people then smeared Bobulinski’s story and assembled 51 instant experts during the 2020 election to protect Biden’s. These so-called experts called the story based on Russian Disinformation. The Censored Adam Schiff who lied and covered up evidence in the Russia Russia fake investigation of President Trump also called the evidence Russia disinformation. The facts are documented and now available through the Oversite Committee and Judicial Committee. In addition, Biden tried to gain favor with Romania, Luxenberg, and Amman where Biden could potentially gain business influence. All the legal documents are available today. Remember Hunter referred to My Chairman in a conversation with Bobulinski via emails as uncovered by Robert Walker Biden's family representative and friend, in a taped conversation by Walker referring Joe as the chairman in the email. Millions of payouts were paid to the Biden business interest and Biden family members with over 20 shell Co. accounts that act as a means to obstruct investigations and taxes of the money trail.

Congressman James Comer, Chairman of the Oversight Committee has uncovered mounting evidence tying Joe Biden to Family Business to multiple influencing schemes. Please find below an update from Congressman James Comer on the ongoing investigation on Hunter, Joe Biden, and The Biden Family. Please find much of his statement below.

“What exactly do these companies do? What goods or services do these companies provide? The answer is nothing. They are not legitimate companies. “We found 170 major bank violations. These were from six major banks, and they alleged that the Biden’s were, among other things, money laundering, and receiving suspicious wires from state-owned entities. The bank is alleging that the Biden’s took a suspicious wire from the Chinese government, and then laundered it through these shell companies. Many laws were broken there. ”We also learned nine Biden family members have received money from foreign entities, including the President’s granddaughter, who received a wire that had been laundered to the shell companies from Romania days after the President left Romania when he was Vice President. That’s hard to explain. “The Biden’s received over 20 million dollars. My question to you: What did they do to receive that money? No one can answer that question. “The Committee gained access to an FD-1023 form alleging then-Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden received $5 million as part of a bribery scheme. The form was not shared with tax investigators. “We also found an FD-1023 – an FBI form alleging Joe Biden took a bribe. What we learned from this is the FBI never investigated this allegation.” “We also discovered that Joe Biden has used at least three pseudonyms in over five thousand emails. “We also have testimony from Devon Archer saying that at that same time, Joe Biden went to Ukraine to fire the prosecutor, that Hunter was being squeezed by the owners of Burisma to call DC for help. It should also be noted that Joe Biden lied 16 times about his family's business schemes.  (Congressman, James Comer) 

Now let’s refer to the former Mayor of Moscow's wife in 2014 Elena Baturina 

"Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina to "Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden and confirmed by The Financial Times in 2019. Elena Baturina allegedly received illegal construction contracts from her husband, the former mayor of Moscow." The wired payment was allegedly for a “Consultancy Agreement DD12.02.2014.  The source of the allegation of the Moscow transaction came from the Senate is a "Confidential Document 6," which it says is on file with the committees. It does not elaborate. “Confidential Document 6” is a policy that deems selected documents confidential and sanative to public scrutiny. If you recall many of the documents that the Oversite Committee requested from the FBI were only observable in a secure SCIF and much of the documents are redacted. The Hunter Partner Company Rosemont Seneca Thornton LLC, was incorporated in Delaware on May 28, 2013. However, the records do not name the founders. ( Why The Secrecy)

The Burisma Deal the influence of Joe Biden.

On April 15th, 2014 Hunter Biden with no executive experience in energy business strategy is appointed to the Board of Burisma. It alleged President Joseph Biden and his son Hunter Biden each received a $5 million payment from the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma to assist in eluding any investigation of the company. This testimony was given to FBI agents by an informant who had spoken with Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky. Congresswomen Anna Paulina Luna and Marjorie Taylor Greene were among those given access to an FBI document from June 2020 that described and detailed that the informant the proved that Zlochevsky the owner of Burisma said he had paid out $5 million to each  Biden, Hunter, and Joe to arrange to call off an ongoing investigation by the Ukrainian Prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. A source close to the investigation confirmed to DailyMail.com the contents of the FBI document that members of Congress have been viewing it behind closed doors in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility). Prosecutor Shokin had launched an investigation into the Bursima company which Hunter as we know had a board position for five years. The Prosecutor's charges were allegations of money laundering, tax evasion, and corruption in 2012.

According to those documents reviewed, the $5 million payments to Joe and Hunter were a 'bribe' paid by Zlochevsky the owner to have Shokin fired - thereby killing the investigation. Shokin was fired in April 2016, a month after Biden, Vice President threatened to withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees to Ukraine if he was not replaced as prosecutor general. Biden’s explanation of pressure for pushing for Shokin to be fired, was because he was failing to properly curtail corruption in Ukraine. Although the Obama Administration within that same time had issued a letter of support for the Ukraine policy on corruption. It was issued by Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of The State dated June 11, 2015, addressed to Prosecutor Victor Shokin encouraging his efforts to continue fighting corruption in Ukraine with US support if needed. This does not sound like a policy from our State Department discouraging Shokin but rather supporting him. Nine months later after Biden’s trip in March of 2016 the famous meeting of VP Biden showing off at a meeting by threatening President Poroshenko to remove the Prosecutor or 1 billion on aid loans would be held back. ( “And son of a bitch he was fired” Joe Biden)  Hunter supposedly served as a helpful non-executive director who offered advice on legal issues, corporate finance, and strategy. He was paid 83.333 a month once Biden was no longer VP Hunter's salary got cut in half. The source who knew the contents of the document has said that the informant was told of the alleged bribery by Zlochevsky President of Burisma who was looking for new business in the US market wanting a clean pathway.  

The June 2020 document that contains the bombshell claims is internally referred to by the FBI as an FD-1023 form and is used by agents to record unverified reporting from confidential human sources. A source familiar with the contents of the document has said that the informant was told of the alleged bribery by Zlochevsky, who at the time was supposedly consulting them on how Burisma could acquire a US-based oil company. Zlochevsky allegedly told the FBI source that his company paid the Biden’s because Shokin was investigating Burisma, making it hard for the company to enter the US market. The informant said Hunter and Joe Biden were paid 'through so many different bank accounts' that investigators would take at least 10 years to unravel. The FBI informant had been used as a source since 2010 and had been paid around $200,000 in exchange.

The white house has become ever more frustrated with the long ongoing investigation and Joe Biden’s dealings with Romania and other fertile influencing countries too many to list. Biden joked at one point making light of the issues growing into an impeachment inquiry. Since the Biden Regime took office of the White House in 2021, a planned and evil program was enacted by many NGO non-governmental organizations, anti-American groups, including the useless United Nations and  Catholic Charities, along with the administrative state bureaucrats, to overwhelm the country with illegal asylum seekers. You might believe that this plan was very much in the planning or conceptual stage well before the Election of 2020.  A once secure border with a stay in Mexico Policy implemented by the Trump Administration was operating in an efficient manner, keeping asylum seekers and illegal border crossers from entering the United States until properly vetted. We certainly kept the numbers down to a controllable minimum before this gross breach of your constitution. However, once the Biden Administration was installed, the border took on a massive refugee surge into America with 8,000000 to date.  Aside from an immigration policy that judges asylum seekers based on a five-point check system listed below it also includes other laws and regulations as follows.  (1.) Section 1911. 8 U.S.C. 1325- UNLAWFUL ENTRY, FAILURE TO DEPART, FLEEING IMMIGRATION CHECKPOINTS, MARRIAGE FRAUD, COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE FRAUD. (Please see the attachment for further explanation) (2.) The Fallout from the planned assault on our country has come with a devastating price on America's core values, its people, and the illegal immigrants entering illegally. Just as the Plannedemic so is Plannedvasion. Five days before the 2008 election, Barack Hussein Obama announced that we would fundamentally change the United States of America to a crowd of supporters. Well, he was stopped and failed at this mission by a combination of poor decision making, a Republican win in 2014, both in the Senate and House, which stopped most, if not all, of the radical agenda of Obama. His Obamacare tanked, and his deals with the United States and Israel’s most hateful enemy, Iran, were looked at as a sellout. He was not able to saddle the country with Merrickless Garland as a justice on the Supreme Court. The economy was stagnant, and jobs were not being created as our manufacturing and energy companies began to shrink. “Those jobs will never come back” his reference to the US Constitution as “That Piece of Paper” and his once glib comment “I don’t have to wear a US flag pin on my lapel” or “You didn’t build your businesses someone else did” all quotes of a very radical/Marxist mind that has contempt for the country and its people and who gave him much success in his life. So like cowards, they use others to accomplish what they cannot, and Joe Biden the useless idiot who always got it wrong, was now the puppet of Barack Obama and his band of merry radicals, all handpicked by him to destroy America. Since the Southern Border was opened shortly after the Trump Administration left DC our country has become an open door breaking every immigration law and allowing evil Cartel gangs and drug dealers to extort money, transport drugs, sex traffic women and children, and overwhelm our society with financial burden including housing, education, food, jobs, healthcare and our security.

BIDENS AWFUL, OPEN BORDER, HORRIBLE WITHDRAWAL FROM AFGANSTAN WITH 86 BILLION OF ARMS LEFT BEHIND AND LOST FOR ENEMY USE OR BLACK MARKET SALES, AMERICAN TROOP DEATHS. EVEN WORSE, GIVING UP BAGRAM AIRPORT TO THE TALIBAN AND CHINA. I ASK YOU DOES THIS SMELL OF VULNERABILITY? OUR ENEMIES ARE LICKING THEIR CHOPS. 

First, let’s pause and ask why such a hideous crime against Israeli residents of the Gaza Strip was committed at this time in our history. Are we as humans no better and should we not rely on a higher self to restrain us from killing or the murdering of innocent people? To kill and rape women, murder the elderly, and from what is reported the beheadings of newborn babes are depraved, vicious, and psychotic acts. This only reinforces man’s worst intentions and in the end, accomplishes nothing. The retribution on such killers will certainly be an eye for an eye and most certainly will and should. According to reports it was backed and planned by Hamas Central Planning and Iran. There are other ways to protest. However, this is a terror group that only understands the brutal reprisal that Israel's Special Forces will inflict. It is a sad story for years that could easily be settled by peace. Israel as a sovereign nation should defend itself in any manner it sees fit and will do so. It must drive Hamas out of The Gaza Strip for good and will focus on destroying all tunnels, headquarters, and supply chains that the terror groups use to plan these depraved attacks on the innocent. Israel will eliminate over 2000 Hamas targets both above and below the land surface. Then dispatch over 150 thousand troops to surround, guard, and station themselves until Hamas is removed and the region is stabilized.  I believe Threats from Iran will be dealt with swiftly and lethally. But who is behind the regional motivation and why? Is there a bigger plan?  I only hope and pray that peace and God prevail. Let’s analyze the motivation for this event and see the bigger picture evolving.      

In February of 2022, Russia launched the biggest military attack since WW2 on the eastern European country of Ukraine. Remember Putin was amassing 100’s thousand troops up to November of 2021 one year beyond, from the 2020 election. Biden and his handlers simply ignored the Russian operation as a false threat and even slipped at a press conference, (no not a reference to him falling) but rather a Presser comment Biden made “They may take a small piece of Ukraine” downplaying the severity of an all-out attack and occupation. This comment was met by the press and most informed citizens as a confusing message to America and a dare to Putin almost egging him on. But Why? We learned some six months later Putin had a greater plan in mind. A full no no-stop invasion of Ukraine with the Donbas in the North/East region was his first objective. Qualifying that most of the population were pro-Russian it gave Russia easy access to the Black Sea. As the war expanded so did our financial commitment now close to 120 billion to the Former Comedian Actor and now President of Ukraine since 2019 Zelenskyy. He was often referred to by Democrats, Fake News, and Neo-Cons as the next Churchill. REALLY! Does he smoke cigars? The only comparison that might match. And he does not, so no match! Keep in mind Ukraine is listed as the 4th most corrupt country in the world community and Joe Biden’s Ukraine corruption case is at the heart of energy company Burisma, where Joe and Hunter, well let’s say used a little leverage to take money for influence we call that in New Jersey “ Pay for Play”. 

But what was a play? I call this tri-strangulation One! Xi and Putin met shortly after this invasion to create a new cooperation treaty. Cooperation? Yes to make America a little more unstable. What next?

The horrific act of terrorism experienced in Israel has been cited by security experts as a warning to the U.S. of the dangers of an open border. Illegal migrants from nations known for terrorist activities, including those with Muslim populations are imbedded among the hordes.  9/11 occurred over 22 years ago, yet it seems as a nation, we have already forgotten the memory of losing nearly 3,000 souls.

From racism, packing the court, and supporting many of our enemies both domestic and international, there were many cases against integration, promoting and participating in unnecessary wars, supporting the legitimacy Confederacy as President Buchanan did, FDR sending Japanese Americans to internment camps during WW2, spying on American Black Leaders like Martin Luther King, and imprisoning political opposition. For example, Obama and Hillary Clinton were advised or influenced by the likes of Saul Alinsky (Rules for Radicals), and Frank Marshall Davis a radical left journalist and poet who is quoted as saying “I admire the Red Nation” meaning Russia and its purge of millions of Russian Citizens and Jeremiah Wright a pastor of Barack Obama who incorporated the theme of “Not God Bless America but God Damn America” To analysis the radical hating of America and the power-obsessed Presidents who used the narrative of inequality, racism to spread disinformation would take days to review, but you get the idea.

This gross misconduct by the Administrative State in New Jersey effectively is an assault on the Family Unit and the sacred relationship between Birther (Mother) the father and the child. We must stand with full disclosure policy by the Education Departments and the very schools we entrust the children of New Jersey Families and taxpayers supporting those very institutions. Anything less is one more degradation of our Family Values for political Woke agendas and a rush to gender reassignment which are resent are failing for many subjects. The parent has a right to be informed. It is intrinsically crucial for the family to move forward. Often these bureaucratic oversites are without merit, agenda-driven, and long after the damage is done through nondisclosure to parents those who were purveyors of such policy no longer have a stake in the damage that may have been done. He was also cleared during the second Impeachment Hoax by the Senate.  All fake accusations: REMEMBER! "We will peacefully and Patrioticly walk to the capitol and make our voices heard" Donald J. Trump 45th President of The United States,1/6/2021. The new release of Videos by Mike Johnson new Speaker of The House shows the whole event may have been a set-up with government agents posing as protesters. We will know as the story develops. 3. Maralogo documents case are all protected by Presidential Privilege and Immunity and the Presidential Records Act for Presidents.  Only about 100 Documents in question were in negotiation with Trump attornies on possession and return schedule to the National Archives. However, Biden both as Vice President and maybe as Senator canceled boxes of documents at multiple locations and was never investigated. 4.  A fake case GA on voter Election Fraud. Trump had the right to question the election as any candidate does.  Also with over 150  thousand ballots remaining locked up and never reviewed or hand counted may contain the GA win for Trump. 5. Now Smith who is losing ground on cases wants to leap-frog over the Appeals Court to the Supreme Court to hear the case in a rush to stop Trump. This was recently denied by the Supreme Ct. and sent back to appeals.  Every Important amendment 1, 4, 5, and 10 has been violated to stop a former President. The deep state is simply saying Americans we want to stop Trump and you may be the next prosecution. It is a Desperate move to control a corrupt system and enforce a centralized bureaucratic elite, not to be defied, without severe consequences.  The fight is yours and your influence counts, Use IT!

For our readers, the back story, in short, can be accessed at Revolver News and the Tablet both will give you step-by-step presentations of both the Obama and Biden Administrations' bad policy judgment in an Iranian staff infiltration into our Defense Department and intelligence access to highly classified documents this all between 2014-2023. The Biden Administration has recently suspended the United States special envoy to Iran, Robert Malley who apparently funded, supported and communicated with Iranian intelligence for the purpose of influencing U.S. policy based on newly discovered emails with Iranian officials.

BIDEN GIVES A PITCH ON NATIONAL TV FOR MONEY TO INFUSE 100 BILLION INTO THE UKRAINE WAR/ISRAELI WAR DEVELOPING INTO  THE MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT. CAREFULLY COMBINING THE ISSUES FOR YOUR HARD-EARNED TAX DOLLARS, TRYING TO BE CLEVER (BUZZ) SORRY WON'T WORK. PLAYING ON ISRAELI AND JEWISH EMOTIONS TO FUND A LOSING WAR IN UKRAINE. CLEARLY, ISRAEL IS A LONG-TERM ALLY.  ISRAEL WAS DESIGNATED BY THE UNITED STATES AS A MAJOR NON-NATO ALLY AND WAS THE FIRST COUNTRY TO BE GRANTED THIS STATUS ALONGSIDE EGYPT IN 1987. THEY REMAIN THE ONLY COUNTRIES IN THE REGION TO MAINTAIN THIS STATUS. SO WHAT IS BIDEN THINKING OR SMOKING?  LETS LOOK AT THE BALANCE STATEMENT. WE ARE 34 TRILLION IN DEBT WITH 2 TRILLION DEFICIT THIS YEAR AND 1 TRILLION IN INTEREST EACH YEAR GOING FORWARD. WE ARE ON THE BRINK OF ECONOMIC DISASTER ACCORDING TO ALL INDICATORS. OUR TREASURY BONDS ARE AT HISTORIC INTEREST RATES AND BEING SOLD OR NOT PURCHASED.

SIX STEPS WERE REQUIRED TO VOTE. OUR PHONES RECEIVED MANY VOTERS WHO WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF THEIR VOTE.  SINCE THEN OUR OFFICE HAS SPOKEN TO STAFF AT THE BERGEN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE AND COUNTY EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR QUESTIONS CALL THE BERGEN COUNTY ELECTION BOARD AT 201-336-6225. MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD.  

OFFICIALS FROM THE  BOARD OF ELECTION BOARD CONTINUE TO  RAISE CONCERNS THAT IN-PERSON VOTING WAS A BIG PROBLEM, "WE BETTER GET THIS FIXED WITH A PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION APPROACHING IN 2024" SOME VOTERS NOW HAVE SIMILAR CONCERNS FOR THE 2024 ELECTION AS THEY DID FOLLOWING 2020 ELECTION QUESTIONS.
