THE THIRD ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT ON PRESIDENT TRUMP: WHO IS THIS SUSPECT AND WAS SECURITY POOR?

On Saturday, April 25, 2026, President Trump, Vice President Vance, and the Trump Cabinet attended the annual Correspondents' Dinner in DC. A lone gunman, Cole Thomas Allen, from Torrance, California, south of LA, rushed the event by entering the front entrance in a sprint, passing guards, and attempting to crash the event with two loaded weapons. He got off a few shots in the outer perimeter of the event and was subdued by the police and the Secret Service. The president and cabinet were rushed off stage by the Secret Service, some dressed in assault gear.  The would-be assassin was obviously deranged and prepared a violent manifesto before targeting President Trump and his cabinet for what he believed were their oppressive policies!  He was quoted as describing himself as” A Friendly Federal Assassin,” and a member of the "Wide Awakes" group by name, founded during the US Civil War. He’s been taken into custody and indicted for an attempt to assassinate the President. He faces life in prison. Allen is a part-time tutor with an engineering background. Questions about tighter security have been raised, as was the case in Butler and the Florida attempt on President Trump's life. Cole Allen had taken a train from LA to DC and stayed at the Washington Hilton, where the dinner took place. Enormous backlash came from many Americans and Trump supporters, who continue to point the finger at the News Media for ginning up violence, both as a general rule and more specifically directed at President Trump. Most leaders of both parties in both DC and Statewide have condemned the violence as unacceptable. We at nolimitusa.us magazine, news, and review would never target Leaders With false accusations or demeaning commentary that encourages violence by broadcasting fake news. Hopefully, Americans will come to their senses and stop being brainwashed by media outlets and make cogent arguments without violent rhetoric.  Get the facts right!

Trump's Federal Communications Commission Tightens Equal Time Provisions as of February 2026. Equal time provisions that continue to be in place have been clarified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) by removing the automatic exemption for talk shows that are inherently partisan in nature, such as “The View” and “The Jimmy Kimmel Live.” If a show is considered a “bona fide news program,” it will generally be exempt but will be monitored and subject to greater scrutiny. If the interview is considered to be “motivated by partisan purposes,” it will not qualify for the exemption. These regulations are governed by the Equal Opportunities Rule under 47 U.S. C. § 315 for political candidates. Opposing Candidates have 7 days to request equal time after an initial appearance. There are still exclusions and exemptions that apply, such as bona fide news interviews deemed not motivated by partisan purposes, documentaries, and spot coverage of news events.

A COURT DECIDES ON GENDER SURGERY 

A landmark case in a Westchester County court may mark a turning point in the national battle over transgender medical procedures on minors. The court has awarded a judgment of two million dollars to 22-year-old Fox Varian, who at the age of 16 was given a double mastectomy by a surgeon to “transition” her into a boy. The jury found that her psychiatrist and surgeon disregarded “standards of care and procedural guardrails” by pressuring the girl and her mother into agreeing to this life-altering and irreversible surgery and then performing it. There are several issues that stand out in this matter. To begin with, a 16-year-old is still a minor, unable to execute contracts or vote, and certainly not considered to have the personal maturity of an adult to make such life-altering decisions.

The girl's mother testified that she agreed to the surgery only because she was under intense pressure from the psychiatrist, who warned that if Fox did not have the operation, she would likely commit suicide. Probably the greatest expert on the subject of gender dysphoria is Dr. Steven Levine, who has over 50 years of experience in the field. He is a practicing psychiatrist and a Professor of Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and a founder in 1974 of one of the first clinics to handle this condition. In his writings and court filings, he has stated: 1) There is no good evidence that children are likely to commit suicide if they do not transition. 2) These children typically have multiple psychiatric problems, distinct from gender dysphoria. Resolving these other problems very often resolves the feelings of gender confusion. 3) If such children are placed in the care of therapists and advisors who can shed light on the truth that they are one sex or the other, not a confused sexual outcast or outlier.

BENGHAZI MASTERMIND ARRESTED, DOJ TAKES DIG AT HILLARY CLINTON.

FBI director Kash Patel, along with Attorney General Pam Bondi, managed to bring the alleged key participant in the Benghazi attack on the US Diplomatic Compound in Libya on 9/11 2012, Zubayr Al-Bskoush, to justice. It will be a relief for the victim families, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, State Department Staffer Sean Smith, and security contractors Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. Al-Bskoush faces eight charges, including murder.  We should focus our attention on the official policy statement on the attack, which was claimed by the Obama Administration. It was strongly disseminated to the public that it was a spontaneous attack, all due to the YouTube video insulting the Muslim religion created by Nakoula Basseley, living in California. When Hilary Clinton, the Secretary of State, was questioned, she went on and on about a reaction that happened in Cairo, because the Obama Administration's opinion was that the video created by a YouTuber was inflammatory. It seemed that the Secretary of State didn't know Cairo is in Egypt, and Benghazi is in Libya, mixing issues. At the time, the Obama Administration's National Security Advisor Susan Rice was interviewed on multiple broadcasts the day after the Benghazi tragedy, pointing the blame to the YouTube creator Nakoula. There was never any conclusive evidence that this was the motivation for the well-planned Benghazi attack. More importantly, when highlighting the fact that a promotional video that the Obama Administration produced and broadcast at the cost of $70, 000 of the State Department budget could be construed as damage control, depicting the message "America is not Islamophobic" in Pakistan. In all, finally, there is closure, and the Trump Administration has once again brought evildoers to justice.  

VIEW OF GENDER DYSPHORIA SHIFTING

According to Pew Research Center, a think tank that conducts polls, 66% of the public supports requiring athletes to compete on teams that match their assigned sex at birth, and 56% are in favor of banning health care professionals from providing care related to gender transitions for minors. Media outlets like “The Atlantic” and “The New York Times” are questioning the assumptions by doing critical analysis that questions the evidence warranting these procedures. In fact, The New York Times’ stories have been cited 29 times in briefings in court to support state-level bans on gender affirming care. More than 25 states have enacted bans or restrictions on gender affirming care for children.

Major medical associations are backing off of endorsing these treatments and procedures as evidence mounts that they don’t actually result in better mental health outcomes. The American Medical Association (AMA) has concluded that this type of care should be deferred to adulthood, while the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) recommended delaying gender-related surgeries (breast, genital, and facial) until a patient is at least 19 years old. The AMA stated that the evidence for surgery on minors is “insufficient” and says that, “in the absence of clear evidence, the AMA agrees with ASPS that surgical interventions on minors should be generally deferred to adulthood. The Trump administration’s pressure on hospitals, including criminal investigations and threats to funding, has resulted in the shutdown of performing these gender affirming procedures on young people.

A society is measured by how it treats those that are vulnerable and in crisis. At one time, lobotomies were considered to be a viable way to treat mental disorders-now they are considered barbaric. One day, genital mutilation of people will likely be viewed the same.

FULTON COUNTY, GA BOARD OF ELECTION SERVED A SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT BY THE FBI TO RELEASE BALLOTS FROM THE 2020 ELECTION. The Bureau said in a statement that FBI Atlanta is executing a "court-ordered law enforcement action at 5600 [Campbellton] Fairburn Rd. “A spokesperson noted that our investigation into this matter is ongoing". The DOJ sued Fulton County last month seeking access to ballots related to the 2020 election. The county is fighting the lawsuit, saying the DOJ has not made a valid argument for accessing them. The FBI seized over 500 thousand ballots, tabulator tapes from all voting machines, and all ballot images from the 2020 election. Once election law procedures and authority allow access to these ballots, a supervised count and tabulations will be released. Final counts will answer many questions surrounding the Georgia Presidential election of 2020. Including write-in ballots, added ballots, late ballots, and chain of custody. President Trump's case of interference was dropped do to lack of evidence and a compromised DA, Fani Willis, now under investigation.    

PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS ENACTED A TRAVEL BAN ON WHAT ARE CONSIDERED HIGH-RISK COUNTRIES. GIVEN THE TENSION IN WORLD EVENTS, THE PRESIDENT AND HIS TEAM BELIEVE THESE COUNTRIES COULD BE A THREAT TO USA SECURITY. THE BAN WILL BE EFFECTIVE MONDAY, JUNE 9TH. 

President Donald Trump is resurrecting the travel ban policy from his first term, signing a proclamation Wednesday night preventing people from a dozen countries from entering the United States. The countries include Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.In addition to the ban, which takes effect at 12:01 a.m. Monday, there will be heightened restrictions on visitors from Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela.

FIRST AMERICAN POPE CONFIRMED BY CARDINALS: POPE LEO THE 14th

The 69-year-old Cardinal Robert Prevost, the first American Pope in Papal History, was born in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Named after Pope Leo the 13th of 1878-1903, known for his encyclical "Rerum Novarum meaning "Of New Things."  Pope Leo is the first Augustinian to be elected Pope. The Order known as the Order of Saint Augustine and emphasizing community, friendship, and life guided by teachings. They only rely on the generosity of others to sustain a life known for communal life and devotion to prayer. Leo entered the order in 1977 in St. Louis. He received a diploma in 1982 and priestly ordination in 1982 from St Thomas Aquinas University. He served in Peru till the late 1990s and returned to Chicago to serve as Head of the Augustinian Order Midwest. After appointments, leading back to Peru in 2014 and 2020, Francis brought him back to the Vatican in 2023, where he held a very important position in the Dicastery of Bishops. This position was vetting for Bishops to be newly appointed. He was elevated to Cardinal Decon in 2023  with 21 other new cardinals. He became close to Francis and shared similar views on the LGBT Community, same sex marriage, he held no opinion. Recently, he has tightened up his view against abortion and is now in disagreement on same sex marriages.

In all, he was in favor of immigration of those who seek refuge from oppression. Leo may have criticized President Trump's stance on building walls rather than bridges. Only time will tell if the new Pope will trend toward a progressive view or a more traditional one. Certainly a stunner since his name was never mentioned in the running. We pray that he finds the wisdom to lead nearly 1.4 billion Catholics into the future. All the best!

POPE FRANSIS 1936-2025 LEAVES TO START A NEW BEGINNING, IS LAID TO REST

Pope Francis, the 266th pope of the Roman Catholic Church, was buried Saturday at the Basilica of Saint Mary Major after dying one week ago at 88 years old. Pope Francis known as Jorge Bergoglio of Italian Descent and a Citizen of Argentina decided to enter a life dedicated to the church at an early age once inspired by a spiritual experience in a confessional secession. He quickly rose through appointments by the church. Attempting to protect people of his country from political purging during 1976-83 known as the "Dirty War"  most church leaders and investigators dispelled his collaboration with a ruthless dictator who may have executed over 20 thousand citizens. Pope Francis became a Cardinal elevated by Pope John Paul 2 from Archbishop of Buenos Aires. He became Pope in 2013 after Pope Benedict the 16th resigned. Pope Francis was considered feisty and well-liked by fellow Cardinals. He became controversial in both world and church politics and struggles with a more progressive view of the Church. He favored more forgiving approach to Gay Catholics and those married outside the church. He was a champion of Immigration asylum throughout the world. He also took a pro- active stance on Climate Change and mans as he said turning our planet our home into a mess. He acted to change and enforce stronger laws on sexual abuse of church members by Priests with penlties and removal. However many felt he was not harsh enough. Of those Catholics who chose other life styles  outside the church, Fransis summed up his thoughts by saying "Who am I to judge" leaving it to a higher power we assume God. He was certainly a controversial person and Pope, setting the stage for a more enclusive church. You may or may not have agreed with Fransis. The true head of the church is Christ the Pope a mere mortal acting as a vessel for 1.2  billion Catholic's. His legacy will only be known in time. President Trump said of him: "I met him twice and he loved the world"  May Pope Fransis rest in peace and find his place in the kingdom of God.

President Trump has authorized both Secretary Kennedy and Commisisoner Makary to put an end to these dangerous color dyes and additives. They have started with 9 dyes including Orange B and Red 2 with Red 3's removal excellerated. This is one step closer to exsamining the Autistic epedemic in the USA where 1 in 33 young people who suffer from these conditions as opposed to 1970 when it was 1 in 10 thousand. Please research more on this growing concern and the great work our new administartion is doing for health. Modi indicated that this new beginning would establish a stronger economic relationship. Modi asked for level playing field. After a very successful meeting in Feburary Modi has shifted his confidence toward The USA. 

Modi moved on the Trump deal while under pressure by China Represenative to join China as an economic partern in Asia. Modi is confident with Prersident Trump and wants to pursue a policy of MIGA, Make India Great Again, as the usa goes MAGA.  China imposed 125% tariffs on the US after Trump imposed 145% tariffs on China imports for long over due unfair trading practices benefiting China. In short the coopertion between India is huge, As Modi indicated 

"We are committed to a mutual benificial cooperation including trade, technology, defence and energy and people to people exchanges" Said Modi.This move further isolates China who is now in a ecomonic down turn. The hope is for US China cooperation to benifit both. Only time will tell in the short haul Trump is out patience and will stand firm. 

TRUMP PICKS HAMEET DHILLION TO LEAD CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISON  DOJ.

Among a long resume of both activism and leadership rolls Harmeet Dhillion as a lawyer in California, Dhillon has sued the University of California, Berkeley for its speech policies, represented  the undercover journalist operation Project Veritas and the former Fox host Tucker Carlson, and filed lawsuits over pandemic restrictions. She served as a legal adviser to Trump in 2020 and ran to replace Ronna McDaniel as chair of the Republican National Committee in 2023, seeking to make the party organization more Trump-friendly. Dhillion is quoted as saying.“Democrats are conspiring to commit the biggest election interference fraud in world history, right before our eyes, as government officials avert their eyes to the mockery of the constitution and our laws,” she said in late 2023 of efforts to keep Trump off the ballot. “This is a low point in American history.
